New drain piping, downspouts and an outdoor sump pump was installed on time and on budget. Communication was excellent throughout the job. Nick's crew was hardworking, courteous and professional. They left our home in great shape. Nick is personable, knowledgable but most importantly fair and HONEST! There were no surprises. The work we had done was not cheap, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend NB Enterprises."

"So far, so great! From the crew to the service team in the office, everyone has been super. I am so pleased with how the basement looks, and the quality and thoroughness of the work product makes me think it should outlive me! The crew arrived exactly on time. The foreman explained everything they would be doing, step by step, and answered all of my questions as we walked through my basement, and around my house. He was knowledgeable, patient, and with an easy manner that made him very approachable - I could ask anything (and I had a lot of questions) and he took the time to talk to me. He's great, and an asset to the company. The supervisor was excellent. He's clearly experienced, and that expertise and professionalism shows in the efficient way he worked through the project, and he looked after me and my house like I was family. I didn't interact much with the crew, but they were friendly, and in good spirits - which makes me think they like their jobs, too. And the job finished exactly when the foreman said it would. I do have follow-up questions (there's a lot to absorb, and I should have written things down), but I am confident that OSW stands by its work, not to mention its warranty. "Our furnace install was done professionally. The installers were great. I do not blame any of our problems on the installers. It is their corporate office and lack of concern for issues a customer has that will affect any future customers. They simply do not care. The day after our furnace install we received a text that stated "Anderson Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, and sister company A New Image Heating and Cooling are offering a FLASH BOGO! Valid this week! The Furnace is FREE when you install an AC! Call today for details.". I called immediately because we had expressed an interest in both heat and AC. I asked why we were not offered this BOGO when they knew we were interested in both and the sale was good for the week of our installation. We would have taken this deal and gotten both. I was told by the Mentor office that they were unaware that the sale text was going out and asked if I could give them a few days. The following Monday I did receive a call back and was told they would install our AC for $4,000. The original estimate was about $6,000. So they were offering to take $2,000 off to install the AC. My furnace was $5,695. Is this a deceptive advertising ploy to get another $4,000 out of us? I disagreed with this offer and was given a contact at their home office in Grand Rapids MI. I sent the info to Geoffery Kartes who is their Director of Digital Marketing in MI. That was four weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING from anyone. I even called Mr. Kartes and still did not get a call back. This is apparently a "pass the blame" situation where no one is willing to take responsibility. Associates in the Mentor office agreed with me, one of their associates even encouraged me to escalate my displeasure because he said this has happened before, yet nothing has been done. Maybe if they ignore me I will go away. I will not. I wanted to let potential future customers know this happened. I am also letting the BBB and the Ohio AG know.
