PERFECT! Matt and crew really delivered, showed up on time , pushed through the work explaining everything along the way and recommended a contractor to reduce my finishes The price was more than fair , Matt didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need , he even went the extra mile and fixed a few things that he found after opening the floor up and stuck to original contract price even though he did quite a few extras I'd call him and recommend to everyone!!

Matt and his team did an excellent job installing the egress window. They were knowledgeable and we have had no issues with the window or our foundation after the installation. We now have peace of mind knowing our basement apartment is up to code.

Outstanding! Had the alarm going on our sumo pump after a storm. It was close to its life span so I put in a request through the Thumbtack app. Matt, the owner of PCR, personally called. Discussed issue and offered to come out that day (a Sunday) to replace the sump pump. Quoted a fair price and worked within our schedule. Was prompt and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Just a very nice guy doing great work. Very happy and recommend highly!

I had my crawlspace encapsulated. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. It’s been approx six months now and I notice that I have less issues with odor in my home, spiders and drafts. He also was the only contractor that told me not to vent the crawlspace and he was correct with his assessment!! He is worth hiring!
