It went well. I would recommend them even though I found their pricing a little high.

He came late, thought it was an earlier appointment. Spent 3 minutes evaluating the problem. Set up another appointment to fix problems. He never came after a 2 hour wait. I called he never answered. He never showed up! That was my experience with this company. You decide if you want to hire them.

It was Awesome. they came out the same day I made an appointment. they came earlier then the appointment it was ok.

In May of this year, I was referred to C Lee Plumbing Services by Home Builder. I contacted them because water was overflowing from my 2nd Floor to my 1st Floor. Some on came out on May 28th and informed me that my branch line was clogged. I was charged 285.64 to clear this line in my basement. Once this service was provided I was told that their is a 1-year guarantee on service provided. Earlier this week I contacted C Lee Plumbing Services again because I could see that this line was clogged again and I requested that someone come out and unclog the same branch drain as before. On 12.11.19 Taylor Lee came out , looked at the problem and stated that the branch drain was not the issue. He continued to state the issue was actually from the Main Drain and quoted 415.00 to clear the main drain. I declined the service and paid 59.00 for the service call. Taking this information I shopped around and found another Plumbing company to clear the main line because this is what Taylor Lee from C Lee Plumbing Services stated was needed. I contacted Sal's Heating and Cooling to clear my main drain line. Sal's Heating and Cooling sent some one out the next day. After snaking the main line drain they informed me that this was not the issue. They then proceed to investigate the issue more an found that the issue was the branch drain ( that should have been covered by my one year guarantee from C Lee Plumbing Services) and not the main drain. Sal's Heating and Cooling promptly cleared the branch line and provided an invoice that said, "Snaked the main sewer ran snake all the way out. Still holding after in the floor sink. Found secondarycleanout located in addition. Snaked from there as well and opened up the sewer. Recommended to the customer if problem continues to snake and camera. At this point seems to be soft blockage. Maybe at wye." I sent this information to C Lee Plumbing Services and was told that Sal's Heating and Cooling did not perform the Services that they stated on the invoice that they did. I was told by the Office Manager that I was being dishonest and was told that they would need someone from Sal's Heating and Cooling needed to call them. I do not know why this came up. I am not sure if it was because of a personal physical discrepancy or what. They would not call the other company. I called Sal's Heating and Cooling and they stated that as a policy they do not call other plumbing companies but agreed that they put what happened on the invoice. In summary my issue is that over the last two days 371.12 in funds have been allocated to a service from Sal's Heating and Cooling that I was told was guaranteed for one year at no additional charge by C Lee Plumbing Services.

Everything went really well. Very happy with the work done.

They worked professionally and made delightful conversation. There was an issue as they were working, and it was taken care of completely before they left.

I trust them impeccably. They're prompt, courteous and do a great job. I've utilize them probably for over five years.

Jobs went very well, on time, and very knowledgeable. Even wore foot covers when walking in our home!

It was very good, very quick. The plumber was very professional and did his work very good.

It was bitter cold out but there wasn't a single complaint. He showed me with a camera how bad the roots were before the work and then how clean the pipes were after the job. Very professional.

The work was done near a bush that we planted when my mother died. All the other plumbers wanted to rip it out. C Lee Plumbing worked around the bush and did not kill it. Their jet was stuck at another job so they didn't jet my line right away. They did make a point of coming back later to jet the line even after being paid. They did this work for free. I haven't had a single problem with my line since.

Had used this plumber before and felt he was satisfactory so I was shocked by his bill for $340 for two hours for minor handyman type work performed by a retired fireman. He told me the going rate for labor in this area is $150 per hour and I do not understand business costs. Told him that I have owned and managed many businesses and own an employment agency here now so I know labor costs well. He said he would reduce the bill to $240 and I said OK but we'll find a different plumber in the future.

The work was done as part of a point of sale inspection correction on a home we were buying. The city returned and gave the repairs their approval. They must not have looked too closely, because one of the downspouts was not connected at all - almost a foot away from the gutter's outlet. Neither this down spout nor a second one were secured to the house (and consequently the unattached one fell off) and they are "secured" to the driveway drains by careless piles of cement - it looks terrible! The pipe repair in the corner of the house seems to have been done correctly after the second time they were out as we have stopped getting so much water and mud into the basement. However: obviously a hole had to be dug to the piping. This was done before we moved in. Around the time we were moving, it did rain quite a bit (one of the ways we knew the pipe needed further correction). When we moved in, the hole that had been dug was empty - it was a hole about two or more feet deep, with an area of at least two square yards. I called Mr. Lee (several times, and emailed, before he responded) and asked him to fill it in. He said that the job was done, and I might be seeing some settling. I told him that it could not be that much settling, it was a big hole. He said that if they had not refilled the hole, where was the dirt? I said it must have been washed away, because it wasn't in the hole. I also said that if they had refilled it and tamped it down, The dirt would be in it, and there should not be much settling below the level of the lawn - volume out =volume in. He asked what I wanted him to do, and I told him I wanted him to come fill the hole with dirt. He said he would not. A while later I said I would do the dirt even though it was his responsibility, but could he please come fix the downspouts and drains. He has not reponded. I now need to engage someone else and pay them for work already paid for to be done by C. Lee.

It went superb! They were excellent. Price was just right. Great guys to work with!

I contacted the provider to get a quote on installing a tankless hot water heater. Chris was very friendly and responsive and gave me lots of pointers. He provided me with a verbal quote over the phone. I ultimately went with another provider that had already done work before and since the quotes were very similar. I was very satisfied and would contact for work in the future.

They did a good job and I'm very pleased.

Chris was very professional and did excellent work.

They went beyond what others probably would have done. When things got complicated they stayed to finish even though they didn't finish untill just after 7 PM. (They got there at 3 PM.) Most would have left to come back another day and would have charged more. They handled everything and stayed at their original estimate even though the time involved went over.

We had a pipe break in the kitchen ceiling during the first "deep freeze" in early January. I called them after looking at Angie's List. I'm sure they were extremely busy but they fit me in the next day. They came out, cut out the damaged ceiling, and fixed the broken pipe. They were courteous and professional. I would absolutely call them again!

they were very polite and profesional. this all happened during our below zero days,,, they were held up at a previous stop and called to let me know what time they'd be over. upon arrival they gave me 3 different options and didn't pressure me to make a decision. they did quote me on a replacement tank, the quote seems a little higher than what i was getting when i called around. but overall I will use them again.

quote went fine. I called and texted him a few times before the work was started and he was haphazard at getting back to me. The work was good. My complaint is with his extremely unprofessional demeanor after the work was complete. I received a quote which was $350 dollars for the work. when I questioned why he billed me for $420, he immediately got defensive. He said he had to replace 2 shutoff valves and that he should get paid for his work. I agree, he should get paid, but as a customer I should have been notified before he starts making unauthorized repairs and running up my bill. I received no call. He then tells me that he wants paid immediately. like I'm supposed to drop what I'm doing and drive to meet him. I told him I will check the work and send him a check tomorrow. Then he starts to get hostile telling me that he wants paid right now and that he won't stop calling and texting until he gets paid. This is just hours after his employee finished the work. I hung up on him. He proceeded to call me 8 more times that night. He also sent nasty txt messages and emails. At one point he texted "you had better get here before I do and take back the parts i just installed". He was suggesting that he was going to my house to break and enter the premises all because I wouldn't pay him the day he finished the work. The interesting part is we had hired him for another job 3 weeks earlier and I paid via mail and check a week after the work was done. There are a million plumbers out there, don't call this one he is unstable.

they repaired a grinder pump (float was broken). They did fair work, but were relatively rough with the equipment. They did have material on their truck to repair my problems, but did not have the same quality products that were being replaced. The laborer was lacking in his professionalism and on that basis I marked the experience down. The owner is very nice, but not knowing who he might send (or bring with him), I don't know that I would invite him back into my home to do work.

He fixed a pipe that started to leak in our basement soaking our brand new carpet. He was very responsive, came out on a Sunday for an extra small fee and fixed everything up in no time. He was very professional, honest, and friendly. We would definitely recommend and if we ever need a plumber again we will absolutely call him.

They did a good job. They were very efficient, courteous and helpful in making suggestions. Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out to complete the service extremely quickly.
