They did a great job at a fair price.

Everything went great! We tried to see if we can fix the problem but we were unsuccessful. So we got on Angie’s list and we hired Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The technician came in, found the problem and fixed it right away. We will most definitely hire Mr. Rooter Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you so much Mr. Rooter Plumbing Service for helping and fixing our hot water tank problem.

Ok, he missed an area that had a leak, but he did come back quickly.

Tech showed up, shared thoughts back and forth to find most optimal solution for the scenario. Scheduled an install day showed up and was able to complete fairly quick.

Timing was the only (slightly) negative issue. This structure is a rental, and there seemed to be delays coordinating with the renter. Jon did a good job of explaining everything over the phone, up to and through my approval.

Job was done with excellence. He was on time and was the first one to be available on a shirt notice. My husband & I were well pleased with Mr Rooter!!

I hired Mr. Rooter when my tankless heater went out last summer. They installed a new Navien heater for the tune of $4600. One year later, the heater is throwing error codes. While the heater is still under a parts warranty, Mr Rooter is expecting me to pay labor for the install of the new part. I find it preposterous that such an expensive unit would need service so quickly and that they won’t do the right thing and stand by their work. Furthermore, while the tech (Paul, I think) definitely understood my frustration, the manager (Brian) was condescending and arrogant when I voiced my frustration with him over the phone. After I declined to allow them to perform the work out of principle, we ended the call. To make matters worse, he must have pocket dialed me back because I got a call back and overheard him talking badly about me to a colleague. Don’t hire Mr Rooter. They’re a big box plumber who doesn’t care about doing right by their customers.

Mr. Rooter is prompt in their response. Chris was friendly, professional and did the job well. This is the second time we’ve used Mr. Rooter. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Frank arrived on time. He gave us three different options depending on how much money we wanted to spend. He completed the job and we were completely satisfied. It couldn’t have been better.

Couldn't have been happier under the circumstances. Friendly responsive office staff and professional, friendly, skilled plumber. Fair price. Not the lowest, but considering how well everything went, it was well worth it. Actually, in that light, it was a bit lower than I might have guessed. I made an online request to three different companies late last night for an urgent plumbing situation. This morning at 7:20am, the office called and got me on the schedule. The work is now completed, good experience, and as of now at 5:10pm, neither of the other two companies has even called me back. That says a lot.

Technician showed on time, evaluated kitchen faucet that was leaking, made recommendation for new faucet, disconnected old faucet, purchased new faucet and installed. Performed in 1.25 hours.

When installing a new refrigerator, the knob to turn the water off fell off in the service man’s hand and water was going everywhere. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. In a panic I found Home Advisor and after inputting my info, Amy from Mr. Rooter called within five minutes. After looking at her schedule, she said a tech would show up in 30-60 minutes. Don’t remember the time exactly, but Mike D. showed up in about 35-45. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate. He said that there was a slow leak that had messed up the drywall and he had to cut it out. He installed all new pipes, bought a 2x4 because the new box was smaller than the old box and basically redid the entire site. Mike was so nice and explained everything he did. He realized that I was stressed and made every effort to make this process as easy as he could. If the service men would have brought the new refrigerator inside, Mike D. would have installed it for me. (They came back later and there were no issues installing the new fridge). When I first got the estimate I thought it was high, but I had no choice. In retrospect, I received much more value for my money. I will hire Mr.Rooter and Mike D. for any future plumbing projects.

They were very pleasant people and accommodating. They did a good job. I will recommend them and use them, again.
