"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

"Absolutely unbelieve horrible service and customer service. Had installation of HVAC done through them, their own service person that reviewed the installation said it was terrible job (not knowing they installed it in the first place). Now they don't want to cover the cost of fixing the issue. Customer service took more than 2 weeks to answer our call and hang up on us. Very, very disappointing for company that charges premium for there services. Definitely look other places if you are considering them!!!"
