Bright knows exactly what he's doing and how to fix a major plumbing issue. Very professional, prompt, has very clear communication, is hard working, very hard working, and personable. He has the proper equipment do diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. His knowledge of plumbing is also exemplary.
