Eric did an amazing job! He had to order the parts, stayed in touch with me, and then installed them successfully! He was curtious, and kept a clean work area! I look forward to giving Eric more jobs!

Eric arrived on schedule. He assessed the situation and adequately explained what was required to fix the problem. He was very professional within my home and was respectful about letting us know what he was doing when he was moving within and out of my home for additional equipment. Eric prepared cost estimates prior to doing work and I felt his pricing was fair. But most importantly he made a commitment to his customer and arrived on schedule.

Eric did a great job! He gave me a worst-case estimate over the phone, but when he got here, he repaired only what was needed. It cost less than his estimate, and I have a new washer shutoff valve. No leaks, no worries. Eric is honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely call him again!

Eric was very responsive before, during, and after the project and thoroughly explained every step of the process as he went along. He did an excellent job installing a new tub and surround with hardware for us. The bath tub overflow had an issue but he came back immediately the next morning to resolve it. I needed work in my laundry room right away, and Eric was the only one who responded to my call. He also responded promptly. But his excellence didn’t stop there. He took the time to FaceTime with me that day to see the problem. He was able to come out and fix the problem the next day. During that time, he explained everything to me (e.g., why he chose the materials he used, the process, the options, etc). Very professional, responsive, reliable, and honest. Eric was great. Excellent communication and effort. I am immune compromised and couldnt meet face to face. Eric was willing to work with the requests I had asked for. Eric wore a mask and went to work in the basement while I was upstairs. We communicated via facetime and he discovered that it was my HVAC duct that was the issue. The duct had condensation and was leaking. He also showed me the plumbing that I THOUGHT was the issue. Eric was thoughtful and expressed this is not his specialty. I appreciated his honesty and effort and I will reach out to him again when I do have a plumbing issue. I paid Eric for his time even though he couldnt do anything. Again that not on him.

I've had two issues handled by Hot & Cold. Shower valve leaking and replaced and a new toilet installation. The owner of H&C, Eric, after providing an estimate, communicated throughout the replacement with what he was doing and what potentially could go wrong. There were some challenges but Eric was able to resolve and stayed within his quote. I definitely would use H&C Plumbing again.
