"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

I cannot say enough that is good about them. My first experience was on an emergency basis one Sunday morning when my heat failed. My usual plumber was away and recommended I contact Local, which I did to my delight. He came when promised, troubleshot and replaced defective parts on my old system, and arranged for an electrician to come the next day to replace a defective relay (which was not available on a Sunday afternoon). He has been extremely helpful and capable and is full of integrity. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm an English major and words fail me. I feel as if I've gone back in time to an era when service mattered to those providing it as well as those receiving it."
