Hi [Member Name Removed], I’m so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, our company has been so busy with emergencies, that we have been unable to take on anymore work over the last few weeks. We had requested that Angie Ads turns off our marketing, but they continue to send us leads. This must be the reason no one was able to contact you initially in February. I attempted to call you yesterday but I could only reach the voicemail. If you could please call me back, my cell phone is 401-699-9482, I would really love to resolve this issue. I’m not sure if you spoke to anyone from the company in the past, but I don’t believe I’ve had the pleasure of meeting you yet. Cody and his crew were amazing-- we had a complicated issue that required multiple visits and coordination with the city's engineers. Cody was professional, knowledgeable, and as dedicated to getting the job done right as if it had been his own home. His quotes were accurate and competitive, he and his crew were on time (and often stayed late!) and kept the work area clean and safe. We will never call anyone else!
