Andrew was a huge help when we had a major leak in our condo building. Shows up on time, does good work, he even helped us with our insurance adjuster! Going to be the first call I make for plumbing in the future.

He was here in 20 minutes and he told us right away that we needed a different specialist, not a plumber and he helped us evaluate exactly what the problem was and find a specialist and then got on the phone with them to explain the problem. And there was no fee. I’d hire him in a second for plumbing work

Local Plumbing & Heating went above and beyond! They did a solid job and they stand behind their work to this day. If I ever have the slightest issue, they’re here right away to check and fix it. Plumbers I’ve had in the past seem to disappear after the work is done. Local Plumbing & Heating are like family! He is trustworthy: I know he will take care of everything I asked for and thinking ahead for great ideas. This was our second experience with Andrew & Local Plumbing and Heating. Last year our kitchen faucet needed replacement. I greatly appreciated his quick response to my request for help, as water was leaking into the cabinet and the floor below. After replacing the faucet & sprayer he thoroughly inspected the new work to ensure it was leak-free. This year, when the faucet fitting from a bathroom renovation done 25 years ago corroded off its base and the shut-off valve malfunctioned, he was the only person I would turn to for help. Once again, I was impressed by his prompt response, the high quality of his work, his professionalism, attention to detail, ability to find the right solution. And I am also grateful for his respect of our home by removal of old plumbing parts, packaging of new equipment, and thoroughly cleaning up the work area, which left it looking like new. On a personal note, I appreciated how approachable he was while working. He was always open to answering my questions about the tasks he was performing, explaining unfamiliar tools and their functions I had asked about, and discussing other potential projects I had in mind. This openness and willingness to communicate is a trait that I highly value. I thoroughly trust him to give advice on resolving problems that come from knowledge & experience. I value his work ethic, providing essential services in a timely manner, and at very reasonable rates. And should any new problem arise - Local Plumbing and Heating of Arlington will be our first call.

Very responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced . Will use again

I've been in the residential and commercial construction industry for almost 30 years, and I wish we had people like Andrew that we could hire for our projects. He's honest, thoughtful, and a really good plumber. I've recommended him to family and he's also doing work at my wife's dental office. My only hesitancy in giving this review is that he'll get too busy and he'll be harder to get when I need him. In all seriousness, he's a rare breed and I highly recommend him.
