this company rocks !! Neo and his associate found a bathtub leak that was missed by others. they are professional, talented, personable, courteous, extremely neat and prompt. can't say enough good things about S&S. we all know pluming is expensive but they are very fair.

In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat.

Very happy with the work done. We had an issue with noisy heating pipes that many other plumbers either would not be able to diagnose correctly or refuse to work on it at all. Neo pinpointed the root cause right away and found a solution that fixed it! It was also just a pleasure to work with him. I found him highly competent, professional, honest and reliable.
