Not only was he late, but when he finally arrived, he was dismissive, rude, and seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Instead of offering solutions, Farhan acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. His attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable for someone in a service-based profession. The job was poorly done, and I’m now dealing with more issues than I had before. This company and their technician, Farhan Rahman, have earned my complete lack of trust.
