This business was sold and renamed Noble Appliance Repairs Inc. based in Glen Ellyn. It was a terrible experience. Paid $75 after diagnosis house call.Paid another $482.12 several weeks later or installation of 2 parts. Stove still doesn't work and noboday answers our call or returns messages.

he showed up - I explained what was going on - a clicking noise. Freezer /refrigerator was still working at that time. He replaced a switch - said he was done - he left - not even a half hour later freezer and refrigerator went completely out. Called Alliance back and tech called me and stated there wasn't anything he could do. Buy a new refrigerator/freezer. He stated he would drop by and return check tomorrow. That did not happen

We found our fridge wasn't working on a Friday around 4:00 p.m. Called Alliance and the arrived two hours later! You can't ask for any better service than that!!

My washer was making this squeaking and metal on metal type scraping sound yesterday. I looked around on Angi and immediately called Alliance as they had great ratings. I spoke with Farhan who made an appointment for today. Farhan and his coworker came today during the time they promised. He asked me what the problem was and then he started to move the drum washer. We all heard the squeaking sounds. He told me that the bearings were gone and explained what they do. He advised me that it would be cheaper to buy a new washer as opposed to trying to get it fixed as this is a 6 -7 year old washer. He originally quoted me $75 but as he didn’t do much, he just charged me $45 for gas money. Great people! I highly recommend them!

Yes...they were supposed to come on Wednesday 7/5, but called to cancel. They did come at 9 a.m. 7/6 and completed replacement of electronic oven starter. I wrote them a check and they left.

Owner called me right away and advised me what to do with my garbage disposal... thank you ?? I appreciate the advice and quick fix..helping this sr citizen ...

Although they were booked up Alliance Repair Services made time to come out to our house and evaluate the issue with our refrigerator. Once it was determined the issue, the repair tech found what we needed and went to get it. With other appointments he needed to do as well, again we were fitted into their tight schedule to come back sameday to fix and get our refrigerator working again. Great Job!!

Excellent! Was on time, with fast response, absorbed the service fee since I had work done, gave discount for immediate payment (after they thought I would have to be billed which was kind and trusting as well)

The repair was made. Repairman said I would receive receipt thru e-mail. I never received the receipt and he was giving me a one year warranty on the work. Called him back twice but still never received receipt. Very disappointing!!

Fast, friendly repair. My refrigerator is now running like new. Highly recommend this family owned business!

close knit family business, Responsive, timely Patient and thorough to explain what was wrong and what to do to maintain burner maintenance. Took user manual to take thru steps to optional adjust oven temp Most Reasonable. No better service call policy

No work done but was honest in telling use we needed to have lint removed! We did n now works!

They said they could get part the next day but it took 2 days

The dryer works great and sounds like new.

I had a time slot from 11-1pm today. No one called nor showed up. I called at 1:50pm. The lady explain to me that it was a mistake on their end. She stated the Technician was here but had the wrong phone number. Wait we are on a stay at home order. I'm sitting in my living room working with the blinds wide open. No one should up. No one pressed a door bell. I let her know this and she said the Technician said he was there. Come on

Waited a week for the part to arrive, then it was replaced the next day. The tech was friendly and professional. Work was done quickly and neatly. I would hire this service again.

Farhan came out promptly, was very professional, and diagnosed the problem in little time, even though the range was old and a brand I'd never heard of (came with the house.) He was able to order the part and installed it 2 business days later, which fixed the uneven heating problem. He was not able to fix the other issue through no fault of his own-the manufacturer no longer makes the repair part due to the age of the unit. He explained everything he was doing and showed me information online as he went. He also took apart the door and helped me clean some baked-on stuff from the previous owner inside the enclosed glass. Overall excellent experience - not cheap but reasonable for the quality of the service.

Farhan was prompt, professional and thorough. A part had to be ordered and on the day he was to install it, he called to say another customer had an emergency, would I mind changing my appointment. Since this was not an emergency, I agreed. At the new date, he arrived early, quickly replaced the part and was appreciative of my willingness to change appointments. Overall it was a good experience, I like that he responds to customers' emergencies and would definitely call him again.

Frank helped me by identifying the part that was bad and how he would replace it. He's very knowledgeable (knew within a few minutes what was wrong and how to fix) and professional. Would absolutely use him again.

All went very well. Called early morning and they came by late afternoon. Able to diagnose problem quickly (something stuck in drum) and were efficient. Receipt emailed contained photo of appliance and serial number and reason for repair. Price was what I expected. Would hire again.

Frank was on time and very courteous and professional. He pinpointed the problem quickly. I needed a compressor control module. He didn't have one, so he went and picked one up for me. He installed it and my fridge works like new. If ever i have an issue with any of my appliances, i will not hesitate to call him. Professional, polite and honest!

He responded within the same day and determined the problem. Had to order part so two visits where required. After replacing part, the dishwasher is working fine. I have used this company before and am very satisfied with his work and professionalism.
