Good Customer Service and Quick Serivce We had a problem with our refrigerator not cooling properly. Called A+ and they said they would come by the same day and service it. The repair guy came out and said that our compressor was broken and would need to buy a new fridge or it would be a $1500 compressor repair. So we went and purchased a new fridge from Lowe's. I cleaned out the food inside of the old fridge, and also cleaned out the dust in the back maintenance area of the fridge. The next morning the fridge was cooling properly. I think the compressor wasn’t working properly because of the dust accumulation in the back of the fridge and causing it to overheat. So we called and delayed the delivery of the new fridge to see what happens. Three days later the old fridge is still functioning normal and keeping the temps right at our desired level. So I called A+ back, and they told me it's definitely broken. If it's still working in 2 weeks that they would issue a refund for the service call. Fast forward two weeks go by. I cancelled the new fridge order because my old fridge is working perfectly. I called A+ back again, talked to the manager Erika, and they told me they would be sending a check in the mail. I just received the check in the mail. Erika the manager, also followed up with me to make sure I received the check. She apologized for the delay in receiving the check because of an issue with the accounting department. Overall I’m happy I didn’t have to purchase a new fridge, and that A+ was willing to issue a refund due to the fridge working properly.

Bosch oven not heating up. The technician came and inspected and gave me an estimate and told me the problem, ordered the part and within a day he was back and repaired the stove. Professional, timely, and very courteous. Highly recommend!

Bait and switch! BEWARE! The quoted me a price to come and evaluate. I set up the appointment. When the technician was finished, he charged me 3 TIMES what was quoted. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! RUN AWAY!

Very impressed. The good news is Maytag stuff lasts. The bad news is good luck getting parts for a legacy model. They had to order a part, but made everything happen in the time frame promised. We'll call them again next time something comes up, no question about it.

The refrigerator was an LG/Kenmore. The compressor had failed. Apparently this model refrigerator has a linear compressor which fails on a consistent basis. The Refrigerator was only four years old. The repairman was able to come and quickly diagnose the problem. He was genial and very professional.

The service was excellent. He was very courteous, prompt and he made the repair on his first attempt. I would rate the owner very high too. I would recommend them.
