Called on Wednesday and Eddie called me back to set up a time for service. He came out the next day and within 30 minutes my A/C was back up and running! Will call again if I need more fixed!

West Suburban Appliance Repair was at our house 20 minutes after we called on a Saturday afternoon. We had tried to replace the igniter ourselves, but it was beyond our skills. Eddie was professional and accommodating. He quickly installed the part we supplied. He also reassembled our stove. We will definitely use this company for all of our appliance repairs.

It did not happen. They never returned our phone call to set up an appointment.

They arrived within an hour of our first communication. Fixed the problem with a part they had on their truck, and got it running again before any other repair companies even replied to my request. These guys are real pros!

I stated my dryer was not working. That it had a F1 error. Also in my request on Angies listThe repair man came looked at my dryer said you have a F1. I can't fix it not worth repair. Charged me $79 for something that could be told over the phone.

GREAT! I got an appointment promptly, and the technician showed up on time. Eddie was very polite and professional. He was very considerate about not leaving a mess in my house. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely call this company again.

We had a clogged drain line, and Eddie identified the problem quickly, did the repair for a very reasonable price, and everything's working perfectly now...will definitely call them again when I need any appliance repair!

Our experience was excellent; would highly recommend them. Eric was our technician, who was knowledgeable, thorough, and saved us from buying a new dryer. He communicated clearly through the process, ran tests on our dryer's performance and heat levels, and identified a blockage in our duct line. Main control board was defective. Eddie had to send it out for re- build. Work was done efficiently and well. Great service, and pricing was lower than expected..

I highly recommend West Suburban Appliance Repair. They provided very prompt, professional, polite, and honest service. I enormously appreciated the forthright cost-benefit analysis of repairing (new motor) v. replacing (buying new DW)--he could have recommended expensive repair so as to obtain the additional labor fee but instead suggested that I take some time to think about whether it'd make more sense to replace the DW through an appliance dealer (in which case no further fees would be earned)--seems very trustworthy--highly recommend and will call again!!!

Eddie was very professional, and honest! He initially thought it was leaking freon and also needed a new compressor, so there was quite a wait because the compressor was backordered. Once the part was in, he came and fixed the refrigerator but realized the compressor was ok. He could have easily replaced the compressor and charged me for it, but instead was honest and it turned out to be a fraction of the cost. I would definitely use them again.

Our fridge was making a rattling sound when it would turn on. I called Eddie and he came out and, of course, the fridge was silent when he arrived. He had us move some frozen items around to improve air flow in the freezer and the fridge has been fine since. I have used his services before. He is a great guy and very reliable.

Eddy, who came with 17 years experience, was way off the charts polite, and was so good at explaining what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. This business is on our new favorite appliance repair go-to place. I will recommend them to others for sure. Their rates are very reasonable and fair. I so appreciated that they came in on Saturday, which was the same day we noticed our fridge not cooling either the freezer or the fridge. The fee for coming to check it out to analyze the problem and give an estimate of the cost is waived if you let them fix your issue. Apt was going to charge me 160.00 just for coming to assess the problem and give a quote, then charge on top of that for labor and parts. Thank you so much Eddy and West Suburban Appliance!!!!

Eddie and Joshua were fantastic. They were very professional, Eddie quickly diagnosed the problem as a worn igniter, told me of the options, and replaced the unit for a very reasonable price. He also cleaned out the inside of the dryer for us. Scheduling was easy, they showed up right on time, and finished in about an hour. I would definitely call them again for any future service or repairs.

The price was reasonable and they showed up in a timely manner. The repairman was very fun and helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. My washing machine works great now. I would definitely hire them again.
