"On February 2nd we had a freeze all across Connecticut, our pipes bursted in 6 different places. I called every restoration company in 3 different states, and nobody had any openings for at least a month. Everyone was so overbooked because of the freeze. I remembered a company I've heard about, in San Antonio TX called canco restoration. I called and spoke to a man named Kenneth Barrett and asked if he would be able to help me. He told me he was more than willing to help us out! I called my insurance company USAA and got the go ahead for Canco to come out. The next day Kenneth, and his estimator flew out here to Connecticut. We got the estimation done, and that Saturday his whole team drove from san antonio TX to Connecticut. They were here for approximately 5 days, they worked fast and efficiently! The team did an incredible job with the water restoration and drying everything out. I couldn't of asked for a better company! CANCO is the best water restoration out here, hands down! The build back was incredible as well! My husband and I were able to be kept in the loop every step of the process! My house is 100% better than how it was before! The total cost of my restoration was 90,000. I feel truly blessed that Kenneth Barrett and his team could be of service all the way in Connecticut. If anyone needs water restoration work done, I absolutely believe CANCO is the best and only option!"

"This is the worst sprinkler company we have ever used. They used to be much better. We needed to have our system reinstalled after a year of disuse, as well as our control box. There was a lot going on here when they came out, and I never did monitor them. We xeriscaped our front yard and wanted to convert that to used less water. They charged us over $1000 to convert to higher sprays, but they kept finding leaks and the price kept going up. They were supposed to check our back and side yards too, but since they were here, several heads have broken off. Why didn't they do a proper inspection? Also they reinstalled my control box and it cannot be manually controlled, or programmed. When these leaks in the back happened, they charged me $100 to fix one pipe and replace a head (they claimed it had checked before and charged me to come out and do a replacement. WHY DIDN'T THEY DO A COMPLETE CHECK AND ESTIMATE THE FIRST TIME? I HAD ALSO THOUGHT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON AN INITIAL VISIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. I mentioned this during the working visit and told me that it would cost me $6,000 or more--and this was AFTER they fixed some leaks."

"I have a very dangerous situation with my foundation in the front of my house. I hired these guys to tell me how to tell a contractor to fix the problem. When they came out to inspect, I showed them the problem and they agreed, it was a real problem. Later, they send a report back that completely ignores the very real problem I have. Instead, telling me to fix the back of the house that is no problem at all. Trying to ask for further assistance, they said they did what I paid them for."

"I highly recommend these guys! We had a water leak in our kitchen cabinets that had been going on for some time and we didnt know about it. By the time we found out, alot of damage had been done. So we called OMG and wow, they came right out, removed the water damaged cabinets, salvaged and re-used the granite counters and even rebuilt or cabinets to match the existing. In fact, the new work looked so good, we had them paint the rest of the cabinets and now our Kitchen looks brand new! They also patiently worked with our insurance adjuster and were able to compromise on the scope of work so our claim was increased to accommodate the restoration work to our satisfaction. "I found Hayden on Angi and I'm so glad I did. We had a bad situation where both of our bathrooms were leaking and mold was growing in several locations. We received a mold protocol and got a few estimates from well-reviewed restoration services but Hayden Restoration won our business for a few reasons. Brenton, the owner, came out and found the sources of the problems that others hadn't bothered to find. He clearly explained their process for remediation and their estimate to our satisfaction. Other bids treated us like a spreadsheet with no comprehensive understanding of the layout of our house or the unique remediation needed, but Brenton's estimate was clear and self-explanatory. I could tell Brenton had a ton of experience with all sorts of situations and won our trust when we were feeling overwhelmed with the prospects of moving out of our house and needing to demo both bathrooms. When the process began I could tell his team was taking great care of our house despite the extensive demo - all areas were properly contained and it was very clean. Brenton worked with our mold inspector and made sure we passed the final inspection. And initially we didn't want to go through insurance but when we changed our minds Brenton jumped at the chance to help us with the adjuster's questions and inspection.
