Upon Greenworks inspection, the home I subsequently purchased was supposedly "clear of concern", yet when a secondary company tested the same areas they found harmful levels of mold within the attic, crawlspace and walls. Their so-called professionals lacked basic knowledge of effective testing methods and failed to warn me of the high risk levels of mold in my home. A few months later and I am in the hole tens of thousands of dollars directly attributable to Greenworks incompetence. 2. Shoddy Workmanship: The work performed by GreenWorks Service Company was not only ineffective but also sloppy. Mold-infested areas were in plain sight, with visible spores left behind. It seemed as though their technicians were more concerned with rushing through the job than ensuring thoroughness and locating any potential threats. 3. Poor Customer Service: Dealing with GreenWorks Service Company’s customer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive to inquiries, dismissive of concerns, and actively evasive when pressed for explanations about their subpar work practices. It’s as if they believe once they've taken your money, their responsibility ends. 4. Overpriced Mediocrity: To add insult to injury, GreenWorks Service Company charged exorbitant fees for their pitiful services. They clearly value profit over quality, preying on unsuspecting customers who trust them to resolve serious health and safety issues. DO NOT USE. Before purchasing my home, I needed mold levels to be tested given my mold toxicity health issues. GreenWorks cleared the home of mold. After purchase, we learned an extreme level of mold was present in the air ducts, kitchen, and crawl space. After hiring a second mold inspector, a remediation company, and replacing our air ducts we are out tens of thousands of dollars. GreenWorks will not take our calls or address their negligence. Additionally, we have had to take additional health precautions and have spent a lot of time and energy trying to fix what they got wrong. If you ever try to contact them, they won’t even tell you their headquarters address. Scammers preying on those who do not know enough about mold to ask the right questions.

Mathew showed up on time. He presented himself very professionally and courteous and explained to me the scope of his job. I told him what problems I noticed. He got it everything immediately. We walked around the house, both inside and outside. I then, let him do his job. He spent almost three hours, paying attention to every detail. I think he didn’t miss anything. Overall, I am very satisfied with his professional performance. Kudos to him! 😊

Nick arrive early. He answered all of my questions and made note of our concerns. The report was available the same day and was very thorough.

You can tell how passionate Nick Evans is about his job. The attention to detail and his knowledge is by far the most incredible think about Nick. We walked in not knowing much regarding the home building process. Nick took the time to inform us about the pre drywall inspection and what all to look for and how he would go about the inspection. The pre close inspection process was even more exceptional. Nick literally inspected the home top to bottom and provided important descriptive details into his report. If and when we purchase another home, we will go to Nick.

Steven from Greenworks did a thorough warranty inspection of our house. He was very professional, punctual, focused and did a detail inspection. Being a warranty inspection the house is occupied with lot of stuff everywhere but Steven still managed to do a through inspection. I would definitely recommend Greenworks for your home inspection needs.

Great company: the website clearly explained the pricing; the phone was answered promptly and questions answered intelligently ; a timely appointment was available; the inspector was on time and did a thorough job, answered questions intelligently, and answered texts promptly.
