I found Hayden on Angi and I'm so glad I did. We had a bad situation where both of our bathrooms were leaking and mold was growing in several locations. We received a mold protocol and got a few estimates from well-reviewed restoration services but Hayden Restoration won our business for a few reasons. Brenton, the owner, came out and found the sources of the problems that others hadn't bothered to find. He clearly explained their process for remediation and their estimate to our satisfaction. Other bids treated us like a spreadsheet with no comprehensive understanding of the layout of our house or the unique remediation needed, but Brenton's estimate was clear and self-explanatory. I could tell Brenton had a ton of experience with all sorts of situations and won our trust when we were feeling overwhelmed with the prospects of moving out of our house and needing to demo both bathrooms. When the process began I could tell his team was taking great care of our house despite the extensive demo - all areas were properly contained and it was very clean. Brenton worked with our mold inspector and made sure we passed the final inspection. And initially we didn't want to go through insurance but when we changed our minds Brenton jumped at the chance to help us with the adjuster's questions and inspection. Outstanding company to work with. During a recent freeze in Austin, we had an incident at our condo resulting in substantial water damage in the living room, kitchen, and other areas. The promptness with which Hayden Restoration responded was extremely timely. Under such high stress situation, Brenton Hayden, was not only assuring about taking care of us as customers to remediate, but also offered to talk to the Insurance company providing them details of the scope of work to be accomplished. With Insurance company’s go-ahead, the project started with crew mobilized, equipment placed per protocol for successful completion. I was very lucky to find Hayden Restoration! My house was damaged by storm surge during hurricane Idalia. I had never been in this situation before and was clueless where to start. I call a number that I thought was for another restoration company. But when I was immediately put through to Brenton and he said he could be out that afternoon to meet me I was amazed.
