Overall, the experience was positive, thanks to the quality of work and his expertise, though there were some delays and unexpected costs. The standout aspect of Carl’s service was his excellent attention to detail. The finished shower looks fantastic, and you can clearly see the pride he takes in his craft. He is clearly very knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in his abilities. However, the project did take longer than originally anticipated. While some delays were understandable and of no fault of his. Other mishaps during the remodeling prolonged the timeline. One significant issue was a water leak that had us thinking our wood floors would be damaged, which added to my concerns but it was resolved quickly with no damage. Regarding cost, the final bill was higher than I expected. While the quality of the work was excellent, it felt quite costly compared to my initial budget. I'm assuming it aligns with comparable remodels, but it's something to keep in mind if you’re working within a strict budget. I appreciated Carl’s professional advice and willingness to offer suggestions on various aspects of the remodel and around our older home. "Once again, Trend did a wonderful job for us. After suffering from 5 break-ins in the early days of the Covid shutdown, many of our large windows were broken. We had to board them up and that made the inside of the church like a dark cavern. We managed to raise the money to have the security screens put on all of our doors and the sanctuary windows. This time, a year of so later, we raised the money to do two of our office windows and the windows in the fellowship hall. Trend and their employees know exactly what they are doing and sell an excellent product."
