CrossRoads Concepts did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them if you are in need of some remodel work. From the get-go, they were responsive, timely and professional, and very easy to work with. I had a mess of a kitchen in dire need of updating. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. My home is a bit older and they were even able to match my 50 year old crown molding, along with making my kitchen now flow the way a kitchen should. I never liked cooking in my kitchen before but now, it's a pleasure just to be in there. Debi Franklin, their designer, was incredible with her choices and colors, and listened to me - steering me in the right direction so it all remained tasteful. I can't say enough about how impressed I was and still am, with their work.

Went well, but completion was slightly delayed due to a long delivery time on one material item (custom tile). Crossroads is somewhat higher price than other contractors, but I believe their quality is worth paying a bit more. We had previously used them for a bathroom remodel, and were completely satisfied with that work also.

Excellent quality work. I didn't shop around after getting a bid from Terry. My wife and I were looking for a turn-key service with no hassle and we got just that. From start to finish, Terry and his crew were friendly, honest, and always worked to accommodate our requests. We remodeled our kitchen with a custom island and new cabinet doors, new hardwood floors throughout, painting, mantle replacement, and much more. The whole project was completed in 3 weeks. A cleaning service arrived on the last day and left the house sparkling. We're very pleased with how everything turned out.

The project went very well. We have a home built in the 70's, and the project included raising the ceiling in the den and installing a new cabinet, granite countertop and sink, new light fixture and paint in the powder room. The contractor was very conscientious about protecting the areas of the project that weren't being remodeled (floor and paneling in the den), and keeping the dust out of the rest of the house. During the project we made some electrical modifications which affected their schedule, but they were very helpful to rearrange to make it all work. And even though they were busy with other projects at the same time, they let us know in advance who was coming the following day and when. The final project was exactly what we wanted and they were very professional to work with. In fact, this is the second project Crossroads has done for us, the first one more than 5 years ago. We were happy with them then, and would definitely hire them again.

They gave me a free quote on my bathroom remodel. It was a good experience. I thought the gentlemen was nice, professional, seem to know his business, very knowledgeable. I don't have any recommendation for improvement. Price? Oh.. yeah, I think that is where we dropped off.

I did not hire Crossroads Concepts, but the project bid and review process was excellent. Communication was great and response time was unusually fast. Had I the budget I would have hired CRC, as I believe they were one of the most professional companies with which I met. Ultimately, because of budget constraints, I ended up acting as GM and hiring out subs and doing work myself, but I would not hesitate to recommend CRC.

Gentleman was very nice and professional. He gave suggestions. Never responded to my emails about the estimate for the job.

Outstanding. Very attentive and responsive to our very specific requests for design. We were after a clean and appropriate look for the design and age of the house and the Crossroads Concepts team took great care to keep our goals in mind when suggesting materials, colors, and structural facets. Keith is a fantastic listener and took great care to keep track of details as we discussed them prior to starting, and was very communicative as the work unfolded and made sure we were fully aware of scheduling and work taking place. Shelly did a great job of helping us fine tune colors and materials. The crew that did the work were very respectful of us and our home at all times and took great care to keep the workspace organized and clean as they finished each segment of the work and not let the dust and debris bleed over into the adjacent rooms. Very good craftsmanship that looks even better than we were able to envision. We have a lot of work to be done to the house over the coming couple of years, in stages, and will give Crossroads a call for a bid on all of it. Very satisfied customers!

Went OK. Tile selection and procurement was a little rocky. The demo and drywall team needed more supervision, and left a pretty big mess. Tile installer as very inexperienced and was doing a horrible job. But Crossroads replaced the installer and everything went MUCH better. Glass was late but final product was excellent.

Beautifully, and I compliment Crossroads Concepts on three points. First, I contacted several potential providers--one was too busy, one said the work was beyond the scope of their business (both fair responses), and two never bothered to respond at all. Crossroads Concepts responded within 24 hours, and stayed in regular contact during the days they were having to arrange scaffolding and work crews to get to the house. Second, the work was done quickly, cleanly, and well. Jeff and Gary ALWAYS brighten a day and do great work. Third, the price was VERY fair for the labor and scaffolding involved. Whenever I have a construction- or remodeling-related project, they will be my only call from now on.

They laid the floor about 48 hours before Christmas day 2015. In March 2016, the floor began to buckle. We called them to come and repair it. It took them an additional 2 months to come and repair only a portion of the damage. They blamed it on the bamboo flooring, the glue (the expensive stuff,) and the house foundation. After their reluctant repair, they dropped us like a hot potato. I have since contacted a flooring specialist who is investigating the problem. I am sick to my stomach that I now have to pay someone else to do the job correctly.

They did a fantastic job, they were on time, and finished a large job in under 3 weeks. This was a couple yrs ago, and everything still looks great.

Gary and Jeff were the two men who did the main scope of work and were very professional and courteous.We had Hardy board installed on the outside w/2 windows.They cut an opening and framed it to accommodate a self contained heat/ac unit. We had extra receptacles added and also (7) LED lights,and a ceiling fan installed. We also added a pantry/closet. They did a good job of cleaning their work area when they were on the job site. Keith Alexander was the estimator and coordinated the work schedule between .the carpenters, drywall men,electrician and painter.He always kept me informed on what was scheduled for the day and week.Keith was very professional in getting the job going and completing it. Doy, the painter,did a very good job on the exterior and interior painting and was very professional and courteous. I would recommend these professionals as they do quality work. My wife Betty and ! were very pleased with the overall job.

This is not the first time we have used Crossroads Concepts for major work on our 50 year old house. This is the fourth or fifth time and each time the work was performed flawlessly and still looks and functions good today. One of the jobs about 7 or 8 years ago was to add a room (office) and one cannot tell that the room is an "add-on". We would not consider using any other company for house updates. Terry Doughty is the owner of Crossroads Concepts and he has people working for him that know what they are doing. Two of the best (Jeff and Gary) were the main ones working on this last job. The painter (Doy) was a professional at staining reworked cabinets. The entire task was completed quicker than we thought it might be. This company is the best we have encountered and a real pleasure to work with. Call them and let them show you what they can do for you.

The project went extremely well. Crossroads team did a fantastic job and were are very happy with the way everything turned out. We have been using the room even more than we thought we would. Crossroads has a great team. The team was extremely friendly, professional, communicated well, and completed the project timely. We talked to three different contractors before selecting Crossroads as we thought they offered the best product and were the most responsive to our inquiry. They were also able to start the project very quickly. Overall, we will be using Crossroads for future projects and have already recommended them to friends and family.

We called in late May to set up an initial appointment for an estimate. Keith arrived for that appointment on time, toured the upstairs bathroom and hallway, listened to what we wanted and took lots of notes. He said we'd get a proposal in about eight business days. We had read other Angie's list reports describing a longer wait, and we were in no hurry, so we weren't alarmed when nothing showed up in our inbox for a while. Eventually we called and found that they'd sent it about a month after the first visit but had misspelled our email address. Once we got that straightened out and had reviewed the proposal, Keith came by to discuss and finalize. The proposal included essentially a step by step plan for the work. A very professional approach. We signed the contract and put down 40% in mid-late August. Keith said they had some big jobs going on but that he could see gaps that would allow them to get the project done pretty quickly once all the necessary materiel had been picked out, ordered and delivered. The proposal had cost allowances in it for the various things we were to pick out -- lights, tile, granite, etc. We spent more than the allowance on some things and were under on others. We also got credited for a few things we went out and bought ourselves. Overall we added a little to the initial price. A week or so after signing the contract we were given a start date in early September. The start was delayed a week, which was no problem except no one told us until we called the day we'd been told they'd start. But once they started everything went incredibly smoothly and very quickly. The guys who did the work were respectful of our house, very friendly and did a great job. The work was done by one or two man crews, depending on what was done that day. Each seemed very experienced, and very good, at what they did. They removed the old shower, the sink, counter and cabinets, and the floor down to the ceiling joists. Over the next two or three weeks they brought in the plumbers and electricians and carpenters and the painter. We could not be happier with the result. The bathroom is beautiful and much more functional than it was before Crossroads got hold of it.

Just finished a 6 week remodel of master bedroom and both bathrooms. I could not be more pleased with the finished product or the work of Crossroads. They were highly professional. The workmen were excellent and cleaned up the work area each day. They also provided additional design ideas and suggestions that made the finished product better than the original plan. I plan to hire them again to do my kitchen.
