+ 3 moreIvan & Karl were remarkable, always on time, communicative and always mindful about cleanliness from construction dust. This project took 3 1/2 days to complete. There were no issues detected that we not addressed or remedied. We received an immediate consultation from Karl & work began according to the schedule needed & agreed upon. Other adjoining rooms were protected from construction dust & great care was given every day.
Description of Work: Stairway entrance widening & re-fitted in height. Drywall, paint, re-Framing, floor trim & flooring were impeccable.

I appreciated his kind, skilled, diligent sub-contractors also, how well they cleaned up after their work.

+ 7 moreThey remodeled my bathroom, replacing a combo tub and shower with a walk-in shower. The tile work and glass door were beautifully done. They also replaced my front door, redoing masonry because the size changed. You could not even tell the brick work was replaced when they completed their work.
