"The installation was totally unprofessional work, as far as we had to insist they fix 2 areas where the quarter round fell into the gap they left. We had told the salesman when we made the purchase that is was extremely important that the cuts be as straight and as tight to the wall as possible when installed. He assured us his installers were good. Also we had one area that looked so horrendous I wish I could attach the photo here. We could have done the amateur job that they did! At the end the installers were hauling our 3 extra boxes of tiles out to their truck. We told them we had paid for them and we were to keep them!"
