Not good at all. They never contacted me about tearing up my flooring. They just rip off insurance companies!
Description of Work: That a good question! Dried water from hot water tank leak. Tore up carpet and bathroom floor. Then wanted to charge more to replace flooring.

 + -1 moreThey were very good and their prices seemed reasonable. They only ordered all of my equipment. I had another company that came in and installed it all. I went there, they ordered everything and got what I needed. They helped me get everything I needed for the plumbing people to come and do. I probably could have gone to a large home improvement store and gotten it cheaper, but they were a one-stop service and they knew what they were talking about. The equipment came in when they told me.
Description of Work: I used Servpro of Northeast Greenville County for bathroom remodeling supplies. I bought a lot of equipment from them including toilets, sinks and shower doors.

Started off well. They missed the start date due to a emergency job but called right away to let me know. It was a multiple day job and the after day 2 day they were not as good about informing me on delays. They did do a good job and there has been no mold issues since then. They were one the most expensive quotes but they seemed like a more professional outfit versus the smaller companies that also quoted. My only issue with the price was there was close to $1,000 in cost for multiple pieces of equipment. (i.e charge for multiple blowers and there was only one. )
Description of Work: cleaned floor system in crawl space and sanded were needed for a small issue.

Servpro of North East Greenville did a fantastic job. The relieved the stress and helped with the claims process. They took the time to explain what had to be done an why things were being done. The over all job took three weeks due to the large amount of damages. They stayed on task with the project and communicated to us through out the whole process. We were very impressed that they treated us not just as a client but as if we were a family member.
Description of Work: Servpro of NE Greenville did an outstanding job of taking care of a Mold and Mildew problem at my in laws home. Thier Laundry room had a leak while we were on vacation and distroyed the walls and flooring in two rooms. Because of the time we were gone mold started to grow. Servpro of NE Greenville came in immedialty and tore out what was needed to remove the mold and clean the air to keep my family safe.

They were extremely professional and very nice. The even handled the insurance claims so that I would not have to.
Description of Work: I had some major flood damage after a toilet flooded and a ceiling collapsed. They came in and brought massive fans to dry it all up and suctioned most of the water out.
