Mike almost always has my rugs back within a couple of days and the look like they did when I purchased them. He is honest and the best thing I can say is that he loves what he does. Anyone who doesn't, will do a bad job every time.
Description of Work: Mike cleans all of my oriental rugs and has done so for approximately 10 years. He is prompt (usually within hours), courteous and efficient. He is the kind of guy you would hope for as a neighbor. He is not the cheapest rug cleaner I know but then I would never recommend any of the others. One guy I used kept my rug for a month and it came back looking the same and I know it just stayed in his van.
