+ -1 moreWe had been moved into our new how two weeks when the following occurred: The staff at Service Master (initially the ladies in the office) were fantastic to calm me and assist me with making arrangements with Service Master technicians to arrive to the house and get started on cleaning up water destroyed carpet and getting the drying process going. Two hours later, two technicians arrived from Service Master (they had been on water-damage calls all afternoon) and they were totally professional and got started immediately with our master bedroom "recovery' project of removing water-soaked carpet, carpet pad, and baseboarding (to make sure there was no water behind the sheet rock. They had some hand-held water detection equipment that rocks! They continued to the finish with getting our master bedroom floor 'naked' and prepped properly to begin running 5 drying fans. Aside from the fact that I don't recall they had on Service Master uniforms, the technicians who came to our 'crisis of water' were professional and quick and even encouraging about getting the room dried prior to relatives arriving for Christmas! I would want them to come again. My husband and I are in our 50's. We were thankful for Service Master and thought we had fantastic help to arrive to our home! So from the encouragement and helpfulness of the office staff to the expert service provided us by the technicians, we were pleased with the service provided us by Service Master!

+ -1 moreService Master did a really good job on my carpets. They were here when I expected them. He was so nice and friendly. My carpets all look great. All the stains are gone. I would recommend them to others
