Description of Work: Our church was flooded due to a pipe freezing then bursting. They did all the drying out work, plus acted as contractor for all the new carpet and baseboard and water damage that had to be fixed or replaced.

+ -1 moreThey were flexible with our schedule. They initially quoted work they never performed to our insurance company. We had to look over the invoice and their initial claim to verify services rendered. We had to contract someone on our own to fix something they said they would fix. We had to clean all cabinets due to the fact that the dust from the refinishing entered all cabinets except one.
Description of Work: Contracted with a moving company to remove our furniture, and sealed our downstairs for refinishing and repairing our hardwood floors.

+ 0 moreThey were on time and didn't destroy anything in the house and they did what they were supposed to do. They did a good job with a reasonable price. I would rate them high overall. They showed up on time and finished the work on time. While they were here they didn't put any mess in our house like cigarettes. They explained everything in detail. They also showed what was there in the air conditioning system like some dust, cat hair and some stuff. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Service Master of Spartanburg for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning from my air conditioning system two weeks ago.
