"Kenneth came on 3/27 said it needed a new water valve, cost of valve $95, gave him a check for $140 which is half on $280 charged He came back o 3/28 and installed the valve, paid him another $140. We went on vacation on 3/29 and did not return until 4/8. Was supposed to fix leak in back of fridge and ice maker which was not working. We came back from vacation and still no ice. I have tried to contact him through text and voice mail, he has not responded.
