Arrived quickly. The young man was professional and polite. He got the job done surprisingly fast and made sure to explain what he did and why. The cost was clear and very fair before the work started and payment was easy.

I called on Sunday thinking they would call me Monday morning. Within an hour of my call they called me back. I told her we had water all over our living room and kitchen floor. She said do you want someone to come now. I said in the morning would be fine. They showed right on time and quickly found that the water supply line to our refrigerator was leaking. They also recommended United Water Restoration Group for the water remediation. There was no charge for the visit.

Water heater works.

I hired Superior Plumbing and Drains to install a gas water heater in my home. They provided a 10 year full warranty and cleaned up after they finished the job. Austin and Zach had great customer service and were extremely professional.
