HOTCO was GREAT! Very knowledgeable and HONEST! Work was scheduled right away and the job was complete on time with no issues! I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.

HOTCO was the first company to call from Angie’s and the first available to help with my emergency same day. He helped me over the phone to pause my leak until he could arrive then saved the day replacing my unit. Although this is not a “fun” time it went as best as it could have.

Chris was great, I am a well pump service technician, and after replacing a well pump my customer was having problems with his water heater making noise. I called around and finally found HOTCO and talked with Chris, as this system had a solar maintained/assisted hot water heater mounted in the upstairs attic. I am not familiar with this type of system and Chris walked myself and the customer through some checks and maintenance tasks over the phone. I would definitely recommend these guys, as their customer service is top notch.

David provided great service and was very clear and transparent about what I needed and what my options were. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

Dave Durham (Owner) is the epedomy of a true and honest professional. Extremely knowledgeable and did not sell any products which he felt were not necessary for my repair. He was punctual and had an amicable personality. I highly recommend him for all your hot water heater issues. Dave is also a very knowledgeable licensed plumber. Can't say enough good things about our experience. We won't use anyone else. Excellent service!
