Marshall was out before and replaced a water pressure sensor. The outside spigot started making a noise when turned on. He responded quickly and answered all our questions concerning the noise from the outside water spigot. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his service.

They fixed it fine but the pricing is not competitive. They charged $720.00 to unclogged the sink and it took them only 15mins.

It didn't go at all. Called on Monday to see if they could come out and fix the problem. The lady on the phone said that they might be able to get by there on Tuesday, but probably it would be Wednesday. I had to stay home and wait for them to call. No word from them on Tuesday. OK. Wednesday morning I got an early call asking if I would be home all day again. At 12:30 I call to ask when they will be there. I got an answering service and they agreed to relay the message to call me ASAP. No one returned my call. Finally, I call again at 4:30pm asking when the plumbers will be at my house. I have been waiting 2 days without leaving my house as ordered. The girl, who was rather snippy, said that the people who had actual appointments that day had chosen to get the work done and thus no one would be coming to my house. I then asked if someone could please be at my house 1st thing in the morning. She said, "No, other people have APPOINTMENTS"!! I thought I had an appointment. At no time did that very snippy girl let me know that I was on some sort of stand-by list. I guess she thought I could just sit around my 1 bathroom house for a week without having a working shower. The customer service of this company is lousy, stay away!!

It didn't go. The would call and keep rescheduling saying they were busy today. Could they come out tomorrow. The first time I was OK with it. But after day 3 of the same stuff. I was tired of it. 5 days so far and still get the call about being busy and rescheduling for tomorrow. They need to be removed off of this and be fined for wasting my time. My time is worth something.

Mike was very pleasant and organized. Problem is I believe the quote was too expensive

I called in the morning about a toilet repair and they got someone out to my home within a couple of hours. They fixed the problem quickly. The office staff and the plumber were both very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Scott was on time and very professional. He examined the current installation of the toilets and provided me with options to address the problem and install new toilets. Jeremy and Charles (hope I am getting the names right) were awesome! So friendly, professional, willing to take time to explain things...could not have been happier. Will most certainly use these guys again the next time we have a plumbing issue. Highly recommend.

Jeremy assessed the problem and gave us a few scenarios with prices. Before jumping to the most expensive solution, he suggested replacing the toilet first (and explained why). When asked, he recommended an $89 toilet at Lowes and told us why - this alone saved money. When he came back 3 days later (to fit our schedule), he removed the toilet and looked in the lines, only to find a root/vines. But instead of jumping to the conclusion of a broken line, he investigated further to find the pipes weren't broken at all. After a quick clean out and installing the new toilet, he was done. It took only 2.5 hours. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and forthcoming with information. We would definitely call him again and easily recommend him.

After requesting the installation of a sink they 1st showed up with the garbage disposal unit. A 2nd meeting was set but they failed to show up for it and no phone call was made to me to let me know that they would not show up.

I called after 5PM Wednesday evening (11/18/20) and was advised I would receive a call from their dispatcher first thing in the morning to schedule service for the day. Not receiving a call back by 9AM, I called to be informed she "just got in" and hadn't looked at the calls yet. I was then told the first available service call would be on Monday. This being quite different from what I was told the night before. Now I'm trying to find another provider after relying on Wyatt's statements to handle my request for service.

Ricky did a great job! He explained what repairs were needed and provided the cost for the work. He was professional and courteous and performed the repairs in a timely manner. I will certainly call Wyatt Works for any future plumbing needs and recommend them to my friends and neighbors!
