Eddie came out and did a thorough review and testing of our water, explaining the entire process and why a water filtration system was best for our needs. His approach was more consultant than hard sales, and we felt very comfortable moving forward. When the crew arrived to install the system they were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. We noticed an immediate difference in our water and couldn't be happier!

Our system has been in operation for 6 months now with no issues. Water taste great and the system maintains itself in the background. All we have to do is add a bag of salt every month.

I had very little knowledge before he and Antonio paid me a visit to educate me on ph levels, sneaky additives in well and city water, and dubious industry standards. I knew how important it is to have clean water, but I really got it. Eddie’s mindset, values and disposition were all reflections of why we wanted to move to our area. He’s awesome. Water filtration is a big investment, but peace of mind is priceless and water is life - so go with the best. If you don’t have clean water, you don’t have health and longevity. It would be nice to be able to trust the regulations and standards set by agencies in this country and since we can’t entirely, we have Eddie until we turn it around. Eddie, the owner, is very knowledgeable and came out to test my water and give me a quote. Chris, Kevin and Daniel installed the whole system in about 4 hours. I had a water softener, RO and ultra violet disinfectant system installed.

Our water was hard and acidic it was showing up in our health and appliances/hardware. This was a very educational process and with a "trust but verify" mindset, I diligently researched the company, products and science/technology behind them and decided to move forward. Our specific install was different from the norm and Eddie and team were very accommodating in helping us prepare for and performing the installation. The team executed the install flawlessly, on time and very professionally. The first taste our new water proved it all true! We now enjoy 9.5+ph pure and refreshing water. We contacted the NC Water Consultants as we were concerned about the quality of our water. Eddie from the NC Water Consultants came out to test our water and found issues that needed to be corrected including the hardness of the water and the nitrate level in our drinking water. We decided it was worth the investment to put in a whole house filtration and RO system. We did not realize how much better our water could be until the system was installed and running. It is an amazing difference and one of the best investments we made in our home. The NC Water Consultants' teams were very professional, polite, and helpful with information regarding the maintenance of the systems.
