He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. What we hoped would be an easy quick fix was in fact not in the cards for us. Although I’m not thrilled with having to replace these items, I am thrilled that it was James who did it. "Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

Did a very good job of repairing a panel of chain link, however the new latch he installed is completely unacceptable. It sticks and it does not line up right. I contacted him one time and he came out and looked at it. He said he had to come back and fix it. I waited 2 weeks to call again and have not heard from him. He has now blocked my calls. "
