“Yesterday, Wednesday, June 26, 2024, I discovered that: 1. The Daikon' ductless mini-split' unit, sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, unleashed a deluge that not only saturated the hardwood floor in my dining room flowed onto bookshelves and drawers in the room below, drenching 25 family photo albums in the process. 2. The water from the Daikon "ductless mini-split" unit, sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, had pooled atop and between each section of my quarter-sawn oak Stickley barrister bookcase. 3. The water from the Daikon "ductless mini-split" unit, sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, had seeped inside each section of the bookcase. 4. The water from the Daikon "ductless mini-split" unit, sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, ran onto particularly important books, framed photographs, as well as four small wooden boxes containing four of my dog's cremains. 5. In past years, water from a different Daikon "ductless mini-split" unit, sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, emitted sufficient water to cause a 12' by 5' section of the upstairs floor to crash through to the main floor. All furniture and items in that 12' by 5' section were so water-damaged that they had to be discarded. Water ran behind the plaster, not dry walled, walls and into the wiring contained within the walls. I had to make an insurance claim to have that water damage caused by the Daikon "ductless mini-split" unit, sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, repaired. 6. In past years, water from yet another Daikon "ductless mini-split" unit, emitted sufficient water to cause an entire wall of built-in cabinetry to be destroyed and have to be replaced. I had to make an insurance claim to have that water damage caused by the Daikon "ductless mini-split" unit, sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, repaired. 7. In past years, four of the six "ductless mini-split" units sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated simply have not worked. They do not cool. They do not heat. They hang on the wall and blink. 8. Throughout these years of destruction and distress caused by the six 'ductless mini-split' units sold to me by Brian Endersy H.L. Bowman Incorporated, the financial burden has been significant. Brian End and installed bers has consistently refused to rectify the problem, adding to the financial strain. 9. The first reason Brian Enders says he refused to rectify the problem: a) When the ceiling caved in from the upstairs unit and the cabinetry was ruined by the downstairs unit, Brian Enders offered substandard assistance. He sent a contractor to my home to spackle over water-damaged plaster, thus sealing water inside the walls. When I saw the inferior repairs, Brian Enders was offering, I stated that I was going to call my lawyer. Brian Enders or his associate said that because I had threatened legal action, his company would no longer serve me. 10. The second reason Brian Enders says he refused to rectify the problem: a) When the ceiling caved in from the upstairs unit and the cabinetry was ruined by the downstairs unit and Brian Enders offered substandard assistance, I wrote bad reviews of Brian Enders and his company, H. L. Bowman, Incorporated, "all over the internet." (The company's words.) Yes. I did, indeed, write bad reviews of Brian Enders and his company, H. L. Bowman, Incorporated, "all over the internet" and will continue to do so until Brian Enders and his company, H. L. Bowman, Incorporated, make the six Daikon "mini-split" units they installed in my home work properly. 11. Because Brian Enders and his company, H. L. Bowman, Incorporated, refuse to help me, I have paid five other companies, as well as one private contractor, to come to my home to diagnose and repair the six Daikon "ductless mini-split" units. Each one has been unable to do so. Each one says that there is something so faulty about the installation of these units that it is impossible to determine what is wrong with them. 12. On Saturday, June 22, 2024, when I first discovered that the Daikon "ductless mini-split" unit, sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, was spitting water, I tried to set up a service call with H.L Bowman, Incorporated, using a form on their website. 13. On Saturday, June 22, 2024, I received a text from H.L. Bowman confirming an appointment for Monday, June 24, 2024 with a note that on the day of the service, I would receive a call 30 minutes before the technician arrived. 14. On Monday, June 24, 2024, I instead received a phone call from H.L. Bowman informing me that they are too busy serving their VIP customers to send a technician out to serve me. 15. I would think that having purchased Daikon "ductless mini-split" units from Brian Enders, installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, would make me a "VIP" customer. 16. On Wednesday, June 25, 2024, after discovering the tremendous amount of new damage caused by the Daikon "ductless mini-split" system sold to me by Brian Enders and installed by H.L. Bowman Incorporated, I, once again, contacted H.L. Bowman. I explained, in graphic detail, the extent of the new damage only to be told that because I am not a VIP customer, H.L. Bowman Incorporated is too busy to help me at this time.” - Faith M.

Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now.

Replaced my circuit breaker panel did a good job only thing was hard to communicate only had the office number so had to leave messages get called later.

Had bowman come out for a “tune up” and they either damaged my hvac system or they missed major issues. They then refused to do a short phone call with my home warranty company to get the work covered. Now I need have a different less stubborn service diagnose the work again. I definitely would not deal with them if possible.

I will never use these clowns again. Horrible! My boiler was left in worse shape than it was before when their inexperienced technician left. Not only did they try to steal $3500 from me for a repair - they disassembled my burner motor in ways it should never have been opened. And when the tech left- HE LEFT IT DISSASSEMBLED! Had another company come out for a second opinion- Control box was the main issue. Couple hundred bucks for that. PLUS 700 to replace the burner motor that was damaged. "which was not even the main issue to begin with" I have now found a permanent HVAC company to use and one that I will never use AGAIN! HL Bowman are crooks!

We had a clog in our outside sewage drain and it was snaked and video recorded for $83.

Saw a sign on route 30 for a $59.00 tune up from HL Bowman, and being new to the area I thought I would call them to have our furnace tuned up before the winter months. Their tech came over and didnt do anything to "tune up" our furnace only told us that we had some mold spores growing inside the unit and that we needed a UV lamp to help stop the spread. Sounded serious so we paid 1100.00 for the lamp to be installed. One week later our furnace died and we called them to come out on a weekend as their site says Emergency service 24/7 which is NOT TRUE and we were then told that our heat exchanger was faulty ??? and we needed a new furnace --- this was after we just got a clean bill of health on their invoice for all the other parts of our furnace not including the UV Lamp. SUSPICIOUS or what --- bottom line is DONT TRUST them ... we didnt need a UV lamp as the heat exchanger was leaking and thats what caused the possible spores but then again we didnt see them. BUYER BEWARE

Went very well. Tech gave great information on the condition of my unit. As well as provided guidance for upcoming repairs that may be needed.

It went very smoothly. There was one minor hiccup that wasn't discovered until after 9pm on the evening of the installation, but we called the 24-hour service line and within 20 minutes, there was a tech back at our house to fix the issue. I would contract H L Bowman to do work for us again in a heartbeat.

They serviced my air conditioner as well as replaced a few parts. They were very professional and up-front. They explained everything beforehand of what to expect before, during, and after the job was complete. The owner even sent me an email from his personal email to follow-up after completed.
