Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical

So far, the system has been working really well. Everyone involved in my project was professional and personable. We had a little tweaking to do on the finish work, but all of my issues were fixed promptly. I would recommend Sila.

The technician was very friendly and informative. He arrived on time, was clean and presentable and seemed happy to explain as he was working.

We had a difficult problem with our AC. James and Nabeel went above and beyond to get our AC workung. They had to get creative with the challenge that our AC unit. We must appreciate it!

Overall our whole experience with sila has not been good,, we had paid for the 79.00 unit tune up,, Mir was our service technician who sold us an upgrade to our unit,, a deep cleaning and a air scrubber for an extra 2500.00 dollars,, the work was done by a completely different technician who was unable to complete the job,, yet they still charged us for everything,,, I reached out to a service manager named Harry, who was very very hard to get in touch with,, I called him on the company's incomplete job,, he in turn did refund a very small portion of the money.. Lastly we ordered a year's worth of filters which we got a 10 %discount,, come to find out we never recieved the filters, our technician Mir never actually ordered them... Definitely will look into a different company.

They showed up on time and installed everything as discussed. They left the area clean and were responsive to all my questions

My tech Joseph Rosado was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable, I would definitely ask for him again to service my equipment. He explained things well, was neat and timely.

This was a short notice job to repair damage done by another contractor. Appointment was easy to make and repairs took just a couple of days to get parts. The plumber was familiar with the history of job and had all parts and a plan for install. Advance notice day of made it easy to work into my schedule. Work was efficient with minimal mess. Cleaned up afterwards and even fixed a drip on the shut off line while he was at it. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent. Sila crew is always efficient, clear in what they have done, and leave things in better shape than when they arrived.

Diagnosis: A+ Installation: A+ Pricing: C- (overchared by a 2x or more) Diagnostic was quick and accurate. The sales tech however gave me an estimate of $2030 which looked stop for a $200 gas valve replacement. He insisted that this is a 2.5 hr complex job and thus the pricing is fair. I agreed and eventually the part was ordered and installed. Everything on the installation and the fix went smooth. The actual replacement did only take 15 minutes to take out the valve and install the new one. I am happy with the work done but realized I was overcharged. For others, I would highly recommend questioning the pricing quoted by Sila and best to run a competing estimate ALWAYS. Otherwise you may be ripped off.

Mr. Benitez was excellent he arrived on time and was very friendly. He also explained what was going with my bathroom sink and said if I have any more issues just give them a call. He was the consummate professional!

I think the first review didn't go through--angi may have ate it up by accident. Second attempt David was incredibly informative and helpful! He explained exactly what was broken and what probably caused it. Also went out of his way to keep us informed of the changes he would make and also what things we should keep an eye on in the future to prevent future water damage.

Sean was very knowledgeable and understanding. He was professional and easy to work with and answered all my questions.

We had an excellent experience. David called in advance, was right on time, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly and went right to work. I was prepared to wait around all day for the job to be done but that wasn't even needed. At no point did I feel pressured to buy any extra services or upsold additional or unnecessary coverage beyond the agreed-upon price and guarantee. Everything now works great. Again, excellent.
