Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company

It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. They were really good. They trustworthy, dependable provides excellent service, punctual, on time and considerate. I recommend them highly. Their prices were fair and they were quick.

I was always called a "valued" customer by their people. No wonder, I finally got around to shopping for oil and found a local reputable heating oil supplier and service for slightly over $1 less per gallon! Service was fine but given what I now have I was paying far more for EQUAL service. This is a large conglomerate of bought up oil companies. Not even local to me.

Got a new house and inherit the name of the heating oil provider from a sticker on the burner. Talked to them on the phone (twice). Got really bad experience (twice). The so-called "customer service" (last time it was Jason who drove me nuts) instead of giving prices for their variable plan, tried to nail you into a fixed price plan and extract information 'how low is the level in your tank'. At the end of the conversation Jason said that we are not going to live in the new house. Interesting assumption. Will find other place to order my 500gallons. And please do not reply 'contact our customer's service' on the phone xxxxx. Tried it twice. Gave all personal info (three times). I do not think that it is a good idea to welcome potential new clients by playing dirty tricks. Usual hold time 15 mins.

Arizona Rug Co. recently completed cleaning and restoring our rugs for us and we could not be more impressed with the quality of their work. The older and larger of the rugs no longer looks 42 years old. I recommend, as a designer, taking care of quality rugs in order to enjoy them fully. It also needs to be said that this company has a varied selection of rugs available from the well stocked showrooms, both in Tempe and Scottsdale, with knowledgeable sales staff.

It didn't go anywhere. It's been about 2 weeks since I requested that someone contact me about replacing my current heating system and I have yet to receive a call. If this is how they treat perspective customers I hate to see what happens when they get on the job.

It was great. They are pretty quick. Everything worked well afterwards.

Work performed and completed in a timely fashion. This was done despite the fact that it was agonizingly hot that day and the effort required digging up the old line which ran under our side walk.

My dear neighbors shoveled us out, so I canceled the snow removal. I also use them for landscaping, weeding in the spring/summer, and removing leaves in the fall. THey do a great job!

I was a loyal customer for 20 years. However, this winter they let my oil heater run dry and then charged a full $1.25 a gallon more than the previous delivery to fill me up. When I called other dealers in the area, none of them had raised there prices. To add insult to injury, when I called to complain they kept me on hold for at least 30 minutes and offered to give me a 50 cent reduction on the Fuel that they had gauged me for. I switched to Rydel Fuel and so far am quite happy.

The cost was part of a contract. The first time they gave me a window and the window went by that.

They come quickly, they are always very nice. They have a lot of experience, they have a lot of training compared to others. I got it to work, I was super happy to see that. They said they will use it for another project for another customer. They did handle that, they didn’t make us pay for the time it took. It took them a little longer and they did not charge us for the other time, which was nice.

Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now.

They are excellent and very reliable. I would highly recommend them as well.

Great company! They've been super responsive when we've had questions or concerns, and deliveries are frequent enough that we never have to worry about running out of heating oil.

One of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. Jim called the day before to confirm the appointment. Larry the Plumber was so nice to deal with. He put on she covers to protect my wood floors, worked very neatly and gave us some tips about ongoing maintenance. He did a perfect job. This review us for Petro in central NJ. i was not able to change the company location. We hired them through Amazon.

I thought they were on the high side. The only problem that I've had with their delivery is, they brought oil when I didn't think I needed it. If I have a full tank in April, I don't them to come out until the fall. I don't have to be here when they deliver the oil, they show up on the day. I don't have an appointment.

They came the last time about a month ago. They are fine. I have used them for awhile and will continue to work for them for awhile.

They are fine. It’s probably one of those I don’t really pay enough attention to rate them an A and they are certainly not any problem with delivery.

It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking.
