Very professional

Derrick and his crew did an excellent job of replacing our central a/c and the heating system. They not only did the required, but went above, by improving related items. They were courteous, hard working, efficient, and competent. I would recommend them highly.

I wrote a review about how terrible the service this company offers and within one hour I received a threatening call from one of the customer service ladies. They never time to return your call when you need to schedule a service but they do have time to make threatening calls to customers who write bad reviews about them. Hopefully Home advisor and Angie's list stops recommending these people.

You will not be disappointed. Great service on time, they cleaned up when the job was complete. They will be my AC/ Heating business for everything. They really take pride in there work. Very professional.

Kathy has always been helpful to coordinate my regular services and was especially helpful when my furnace died in the middle of winter. Managed to get a new furnace installed in less than 72 hours and before a snowstorm hit.

My AC had quit working. It was a Friday evening. I got on Home Advisor and left them a message about service. I was contacted back within an hour and given the choice for an emergency visit or yo wait until Monday. I chose Monday. The tech was on time and very knowledgeable on my system. He had it diagnosed within just a few minutes. I will definitely use them again for future issues.

Very responsive. Came the same day for a service. Our unit was 15-yo and the tech showed me the problems with it and estimated the cost. Wasn’t worth fixing. A rep came out 30-min later and I purchased a new unit. Came the next day to install. Nice and cool now. Quality work.

I rated a 4 on price only because I didn't shop around with other companies. The central AC needed to be replaced and it was more of an emergency situation. All other categories were a 5. They came very quickly and replaced the system in about 4 hours.

I have a heat pump, the technician told me he was not well versed on heat pumps. My system works well, after 10 years I wanted to check the Freon level for efficiency. The technician hooked up the low pressure side and not the high pressure side and said temperature looks ok. I asked how do you know if I need a pound or two of freon, he started going on about the cost of Freon I called booking number a Couple of days later I called and told them why I didn t take them up on their service plan, nice guy but didn t check the level. I don t normally leave negative feedback but the person who I called didn t seem concerned. No one reach out out, check cleared ......
