+ -1 moreI’m not sure my words can express just how grateful we are to James from Morris Mechanical. Our AC died during this last heatwave at 4 A.M. and he responded immediately. He offered to come at 8. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. What we hoped would be an easy quick fix was in fact not in the cards for us. He helped us understand our options, how the A/C unit functions and although he had other calls came back the same day to install a new unit and coils. Although I’m not thrilled with having to replace these items, I am thrilled that it was James who did it. We have tried 4 different hvac companies in the 5 years we have lived in our home and we will not use anyone other than james going forward.
