"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give them zero stars I would. We have used them for two years and recently started their automatic delivery. The other day we noticed that the heat wasn’t working in our home while we were away. Look at the tank and it is at 0%. Despite auto refills they failed to come to the house for over two weeks. It was below 50 in our house and we have radiated propane heat, so the pipes are all through the walls. Tried to contact them by phone and email with no response. The owner and this company are so unprofessional and do not take accountability for their mistakes. Never use them."
