I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us.

Worst experience ever. Completely unprofessional service from scheduling to actual work done. Our chimney leak is now worse then when the repair work was completed. A new cap as well as grinding and repointing was suppose to be done, which I was charged for but was not done correctly, only new mortar was added upon the old. Now the situation is worse and Iâ m out of money and Chimneys Are Us will not call me back. Justin was completely rude when questioned about work that was done and gave excuses instead of trying to remedy the situation.

Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE.

The worker was knowledgeable but was clearly trying to upsell me and additional fees. I felt like he was quite aggressive about increasing the fee.

I got a thorough explanation of the estimate and all the work that they completed. I was surprised that the work was carried out so promptly. (within a week) I live in the midlde of nowhere and service to repairs are very slow to be carried out, if they will provide serviceat all.

Excellent customer service and technician answered ALL of my questions.

Hired them to repair chimney, including replacing missing bricks, resetting mortar and, cementing top and installing a chimney cap. They performed everything to spec and were fast and efficient all the way through.

The workers and office staff were easy to talk to, well informed, courteous , and efficient. They performed a thorough inspection. Recommended and installed a stainless liner and cap for the furnace flue and a new damper on the fireplace flue. Their price was better than previous quotes and even set up a partial payment plan. I am very pleased with the work they did.
