It detailed all the work to be done and the materials to be used so we knew what to expect and what we were getting right from the start. Ashley was a tremendous help selecting paint colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting to achieve the look that we wanted. Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They were very responsive whenever we had questions about the work. They arrived punctually each day and let us know if there was going to be a change in work time. They worked hard and were efficient at completing the project. They were well qualified to do the work assigned and did a great job. Beautiful Basements did an excellent job communicating throughout the project. We received texts letting us know what the next task was, who would be performing the work, and what time they would arrive. A complete and total makeover consisting of new granite countertops, new appliances, new cabinetry, creation of new recessed lighting, painting, some carpentry, and creation of a new pantry. The work crews were on time daily and were both professional and personal. The owner of the company regularly was on site and part of the work crew. Problems that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with . Communication was excellent and the finished product turned out beautiful. After checking credentials, reviews, testimonials and interviewing four contractors, I chose Brandon Heating and Air Conditioning. Adam came out and explained everything from load calculations to the install process. The technicians were professional, courteous and polite. They wore shoe covers, put down tarp and worked diligently until the job was complete. They did a thorough clean-up. I highly recommend Brandon Heating and Air."

After contacting them, they came out within a few days to look at what I wanted done, I needed a set of stairs built for the side entry of my house. They took into account what I wanted and discussed with me how they would get it done. I had an old set of stairs that didn't reach the door so I wanted a landing coming out of the door that would cover up the old stairs and then steps that would lead down to the driveway. They did exactly what I wanted and added a few details that I did not think of. In total it took 2 days to build which is the time frame they said it would take. I will definitely be using them again for any other projects that come up."

"Our furnace install was done professionally. The installers were great. I do not blame any of our problems on the installers. It is their corporate office and lack of concern for issues a customer has that will affect any future customers. They simply do not care. The day after our furnace install we received a text that stated "Anderson Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, and sister company A New Image Heating and Cooling are offering a FLASH BOGO! Valid this week! The Furnace is FREE when you install an AC! Call today for details.". I called immediately because we had expressed an interest in both heat and AC. I asked why we were not offered this BOGO when they knew we were interested in both and the sale was good for the week of our installation. We would have taken this deal and gotten both. I was told by the Mentor office that they were unaware that the sale text was going out and asked if I could give them a few days. The following Monday I did receive a call back and was told they would install our AC for $4,000. The original estimate was about $6,000. So they were offering to take $2,000 off to install the AC. My furnace was $5,695. Is this a deceptive advertising ploy to get another $4,000 out of us? I disagreed with this offer and was given a contact at their home office in Grand Rapids MI. I sent the info to Geoffery Kartes who is their Director of Digital Marketing in MI. That was four weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING from anyone. I even called Mr. Kartes and still did not get a call back. This is apparently a "pass the blame" situation where no one is willing to take responsibility. Associates in the Mentor office agreed with me, one of their associates even encouraged me to escalate my displeasure because he said this has happened before, yet nothing has been done. Maybe if they ignore me I will go away. I will not. I wanted to let potential future customers know this happened. I am also letting the BBB and the Ohio AG know. Thank you for taking the time to read this."
