How we began As veterans of the industry for more than 10 years, we formed the company in Brooklyn in June 2016 with just one van and one technician. Fortunately, satisfied customers have rewarded us with many referrals and now we have seven vans and 15 people on our team, including office staff. We’re very proud and very grateful for our success. This company has been built on its reputation and referrals from customers to customer, not big time advertising. So don't call the big name guys and get robbed call the small guy not looking to take advantage of you. Accurate conditioning has a small fee which includes the first 1/2 hour of labor and trip charge. Our prices are very competitive to all the local small company's.

"1. They were quick to take the $7,410 for the Carrier mini split. $2k back they said. 2. The salesman said they would install the unit when both the permit and the unit arrived, but that was a lie. The guys put up the unit and didn't even bolt the unit to the platform outside. The guys left without saying anything. 3. I texted and emailed to get answers, but I just kept getting railroaded and lied to every time someone responded to my text or email. I found out they lied about having a permit when they sent a technician over instead of an electrician. I called the permit office myself and the clerk said to tell them to stop work until they paid for the permit. 4. Now, I'm having to battle to get the electrician to send me his credentials to see that it's an actual electrician who it's coming to complete the install. 5. Fortunately, I found a trusted electrician who said he would inspect the work. 6. I'll update this review with all the photos, including the electrical box, when my local electrician comes by to inspect the job."

This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"
