"Ever since Bloomfield Cooling, Heating & Electric replaced a 5-year-old furnace that had been improperly installed by another contractor, we have relied on this North Jersey HVAC contractor for all our heating & cooling maintenance needs. Not only is the team responsive, polite, and professional, they have a great understanding of the latest HVAC technology and always recommend the best equipment. "Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

When they came to do the work they work time extended much more than was expected because of other issues in our furnace. They fixed it all and after 6 1/2 hours which should have taken 3 1/2 without other issues they still charged us what they quoted us even after we said we expected to pay more because of the time and effort they put in. They said no they stood by their quote. Great honest people. A Rarity these days. I highly recommend them and they are my furnace company from now on."
