GB Comfort Services gave us a quote which was 1/2 the cost of another supplier. They came highly recommended form a friend and accepted their quote. When they came to do the work they work time extended much more than was expected because of other issues in our furnace. They fixed it all and after 6 1/2 hours which should have taken 3 1/2 without other issues they still charged us what they quoted us even after we said we expected to pay more because of the time and effort they put in. They said no they stood by their quote. Great honest people. A Rarity these days. I highly recommend them and they are my furnace company from now on.

We've used GB Comfort for a variety of services including plumbing, heating, and central air. Kevin was very helpful with giving us advice as first-time homeowners. He, or one of his great technicians, have been there for us for regular maintenance, plumbing upgrades, and several emergency repairs. I'd never dream of calling anyone else.

They helped us when we had a new furnace installed in November and the other installer voided our warranty on a new furnace. Not only did they come out in the snow but refused to charge us a dime until our furnace was fixed. They stayed on the phone with the manufacturer until everything was completed. They were on time and over the course of the weekend kept us updated as to the status of the part needed to fix the furnace. These are my new heating guys and I look forward to my next service call. Fully licensed and insured which is a huge thing for me. Trustworthy and reliable. I am forever grateful because if the other jerks had not been so terrible I would have never found them. They deserve every single star and then some. Thank you guys so much!!

Following a power out, both our heating system and our air conditioning suffered damage and needed repair. GB Comfort restored both systems very well, and in a timely manner.

Great attention to detail and patient with customer. Explained the pros and cons of various types AC manufacturers and their warranties. Also educated me on the importance of matching the interior coil with the exterior condenser. I would recommend GB and hire them for my next job.
