"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. "I'd give zero stars if I could. Made an appt for 12:00-4:00 with me getting a call from the tech Coll Mcminn around 3:47 saying he was on his way and will be 35 minutes. He said that before he comes out it would be $125 just to come out and then another $275 to diagnose the leak in my system. So $400 just to find the problem. As we continued talking I got the feeling like he was just done for the day and was trying to talk me in to getting a quote for a new system so he wouldn't have to come out. I told him the system is 15 years old which isn't that old but he said it was probably in the coils which would require replacing half the system anyway. I only called them because they moved my AC line a few years back and was thinking it possible that they didn't do that properly to begin with which could be the source of the leak. The PVC work that they did was faulty and they had to come back to fix that. Not a great company if you ask me."

"Only rating 1 because it doesn't go lower. Had a new unit installed end of Sept 24. First time power goes out on 11/5, no electricity. When tri state sells you a product, they pitch their amazing customer service with all these guarnatees of knowing when your unit is out before you know and having someone there within 24 hours etc. Well, the first call we make we are told it will be the end of Nov to get someone out to look at it. 3 weeks. Nobody shows up. Then we get a call that says "your appointment on Dec 12 has been canceled and the earliest we can get to you is Jan 16th. This is 2.5 months wait to get service to fix a nearly $20k unit, that is upcharged because of the excellent service. You can't get anyone to answer your call. you wait on hold for 20 minutes, then have to leave a voicemail in which you will not get called back. Based on my experience, find someone else and pay less. Even if the service is bad, which it can't be worse than this, you save money! @kohler"
