+ -1 moreTHEY CAME THE SAME AFTERNOON THAT I CALLED. DAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE FOUND MY PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT VERY QUICKLY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTING HE CHECKED AND EXPLAINED IN A MANNER THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

+ -1 moreSee above. Wonderful experiance. They also give a TWO YEAR labor/parts warranty on their service wheras most only give 1.
Description of Work: Brian came out to give us an estimate. Our A/C broke and our furnace was lacking performance the past few years. We called Brian as a recommendation from my uncle who had a new system installed a few years back. They were GREAT! We got discounts for having small "blemishes" on the new units (which didn't bother us as long as the systems were new and did the job). They also financed us through Laclede Gas/EnergyWise so that we only pay $100 extra per month for 5 years. And get this...they installed everything within TWO DAYS! That's a big deal when you have no a/c working and a baby. They are professional, personable, and efficient. GREAT COMPANY!
