They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again.
Description of Work: Backed up drain less than 2 weeks after clog cleared.

Thank you for being a customer. We appreciate you and your feedback. As stated in the previous invoice, there is no warranty if we find wipes in the pipes while cleaning. Masen went above and beyond and did not charge for this cleaning despite there not being a warranty. We appreciate your business and hope you would choose us again.
