Lady crashed her car into my electrical pedestal in my yard taking out power to my entire house. Called Reinholdt the very next morning and within 2 hours they had a technician at my house taking photos and gathering a materials needed list. An hour after that USIC was there marking utilities. The very next morning at 0700 2 guys were there and began fixing the problem. These guys not only said how high when I asked them to jump, but they also understood I would have to wait to pay them when I got my insurance payment, and it was a non issue to them. Sergio said not a problem whatsoever, we will take care of you, and because they followed through, and did a great job, they have earned a customer for life. Mitch was my tech, and he did a wonderful, clean, and professional job. I want him every time. Thank you guys so much, and I look forward to doing that other job we talked about once this is squared up.

Ron, our installer, was absolutely wonderful! He arrived on time, was pleasant, and efficient. Ron worked on New Year's Eve, was close to finishing his job, but could have stretched it into the next day. Rather than leaving us "in the dark," he worked until the job was completed that day. The work was arranged with the company owner on a Sunday, which was appreciated because we were not sure how secure the fixture was. The crew arrived promptly the next morning and worked efficiently to complete the job in a professional manner. The crew communicated well and explained their strategy.

I spoke with Tim who gave an estimate and scheduled work. He not only did not show up, he did not return my call or text. I called to speak to his supervisor the following day Mark apologized and arranged for service the next day. The electrician came on time and replaced a bathroom fan and installed duct work. A ceing fan in our kitchen was falling down so he repaired that. I only gave B ratings on some of the factors because of Tim. Mark and the electrician were great.

Frank was punctual, polite and did a great job before the hour was up. I would definitely hire him again.

I called them because they were highly rated on Angie's List and are well known within South County (St. Louis); but despite calling and speaking to someone twice and also leaving a voicemail, I could not get a call back to get a simple quote even after waiting for 4 weeks. When I spoke to someone the second time, they had my information and could see that I had called before, but it still has gone nowhere.

Carl called ahead and showed up early in the a.m. as promised. Very professional and nice. Eager to do the job right and help figure out solution even when some things weren't right like our door chimes. Would definitely use Reinhold and Carl again if we need additional Electrical work.
