"I bought them in May and I won't get my windows finished supposingly sometime in February they've ordered them three times and they all came in wrong after six measurements and a bunch of damage to my home I will never hire them again. After threats of “ breach of contract” and “no admission of fault”, I can finally get a reputable company to complete the work that should have been done as promised. From their sales team, project managers to general managers you will find nothing but a lack of individuals who know how or what needs to be done. In NO WAY a “Premium “ construction service company, and they have no idea what quality workmanship is. Even after they came back for 2 days of “warranty repairs” on a new roof and gutters, there are still numerous issues that this company refused to correct. ( ie - damaged stucco, siding, landscaping, facia, soffit, etc ) They are great at subcontracting and hiring attorneys though ! Stay away from this company. You will be happier if you do."

"Not at all satisfied with the service rendered. The gentleman I spoke to on phone seemed very responsible, but the guy that came out appeared to be a different person. Gentleman came with a blower. Now, I had a gutter monster on my gutters. He was done in a little least than fifteen minutes. Told me that my gutters really weren't dirty. I asked about the downspouts and was told anything that was in there came out. "this is a powerful blower". Left debris in my yard. Very disappointed with service. Angies list was running a special and I paid through them."

"I was very disappointed in the work they did on our house. They are a reputable company who I used several years ago for a new roof and they did a great job. But things must be changing, because the crew they sent to do the siding project was awful. It sucks to be the homeowner who has to vet crews that the company newly subcontracts. I'm upset that the project manager wasn't around more often to catch the shoddy work they were doing. Precision, to their credit, did agree to redo all the window wraps and some of the sloppy siding work. The company offered no apology or offered no pricing adjustment. If you go with this company, get information on the experience of the crew they are sending to your home."
