Terrible company with zero integrity for the work they do or the homeowners they do work for ! No communication, poor / no work quality, excuses excuses excuses, the list goes on…. Don’t hire this company unless youre prepared for disappointment , frustration , more financial expenses, threatening tactics and lots of headaches!

They had their workers working on my roof in complete darkness. The individuals then destroyed my ceiling when trying to install two skylights. The company has refused to repair the damage they caused!!! This company does not care about its workers or customers!!

Do not use CoMo Premium Exteriors. Pay someone else to do premium work before it’s too late. They make promises and then blame everyone but themselves when their promises are unrealistic.. If you look at the common thread between all fo their complaints: They make big promises upfront and never deliver on timelines, hope that you don't notice poor workmanship. We waited six months for the delivery of 12 windows and one door, and when they arrived, it turned out the project manager forgot to order the door entirely. He said he was going to come back out and take measurements of the door again because he lost them, but he never did and appears to have just ordered something willy nilly that lost us about six inches from the doorway, three one each side. He also turned out to have not even measured all the windows so one didn’t fit and they had to cut a new hole in the house. The first “crew” to come out was one guy. He was allowed to come to our house after a police incident at another property where he screamed at the homeowners and broke things. We were not told this until after they were trying to cover their butts for the poor workmanship of the subcontractor they still sent to our house. This part of the job was supposed to take 3 days (THEIR estimate!). It took at least two weeks. The contractor left trash on the side of our house the whole time, dumping the old windows in the grass and resulting in broken glass all over our yard. We asked about cleanup and within seven days, nothing happened. Our interior contractor felt so bad that he cleaned it up for us himself, out of the goodness of his heart and concern over BROKEN GLASS in our yard. So trying to cover their butts, they fired our project manager mid-project and we spent the next 2 months waiting for their other project manager to come out. He said he would have “their best guy” come out and redo the entire project. That guy was great! He was supposed to be there in one week. It took 3 weeks for him to arrive. Then the job was supposed to take 3 days. It took a week, and they also never did everything they said they would, like fixing the door which we had to hire a different contractor to come fix so we can even open/close it. I don’t care if small mistakes are made on a job. What concerns me is this company will make you sign a payment agreement before they event get started on their delayed, mediocre work, and then you’re stuck paying for “professional” work that also involves a workman yelling at your wife and endless broken promises.

Awesome! Como did roofing and siding for me. I have a super steep roof and they not only got it done in one day, they did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything and I never found nails in my yard. The crew was super nice and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. On my siding they also did a awesome job. The house looks beautiful and I get a lot of comments from friends and family about how great it looks. They are honest with you about what to expect and they do what they say. Thanks CoMo, my wife and I love our new roof and siding.

Amazing! These guys showed up to secure the roof and make an estimate the same day I called. The roof was repaired completely the next day. They were responsive, polite, and professional!

The shingles look very good but I have two leaks one around a new vent they installed stained living room ceiling, They also installed new boots around stink pipe it leaked They come and looked at it twice but done nothing about it Kitchen ceiling still brown stain. I wrap stink pipe with tape to stop leak I did get it stop but not a good fix. I have called them several times and they promise but never show nor do you every hear from them again. Guess its the old story if you want it do it your self at 80 years my son has problem with me on roof but that life do what you have to. I did paint my living room ceiling my self once again como promised they would fix it think three years would be enough time.

We didn't hear anything back from them for several weeks. My husband finally called them to ask if they had an estimate prepared for us. An employee gave him a quote over the phone. A couple days later there was a written estimate left on our front porch. The estimate seemed professional and was a reasonable price, except for the fact that it was an estimate for a different type of siding than the one we had requested.

Joe came out for a roof inspection the same day. As it happened he was already in the neighborhood. He found it to be in good shape considering it's age. Told me we have a few nail pops and how I could mitigate them. I also asked for an estimate on a new roof. He had one sent to me that evening. Seems very professional and trustworthy. Didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need and I appreciate that. I would recommend them to others and plan to use them when we decide to replace the roof.

I was thoroughly impressed from start to finished. Luke and his crew were professional, courteous, and successfully completed my project in a timely manner. I am a fairly hard person to please, but I am completely satisfied with the quality of work provided and would wholeheartedly recommend this company in the future.

It was great! From the quote to clean-up we were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and workers. The quality of material is great and they installed the siding on schedule. Notably, the crew saw a rainstorm coming through and rigged a tarp over the back of the house so they could keep working. The total cost came in exactly where we budgeted. Overall, they were great to work with and everything was on time and on budget.

Luke and his crew took care of us from the first visit to the last clean up. We were very pleased with the quality of work, materials and the great service. The workers were all very professional (aka. polite) and we definitely improved the value of our home with the results.

They took a look, but we were waiting on insurance to know what to do. They were okay. I had the feeling they weren't that invested in it if they weren't going to get paid. I don't think they even went up on the roof. They didn't provide a written estimate, just a verbal estimate. They didn't follow-up with me either.

Elias Abadi and Joe Eagle (as well as their team of roofers) were professional and easy to work with. They explained step-by-step what they were doing and didn't take any "short-cuts" in workmanship. When they were finished, we were proud to display their CoMo roofing sign in our front yard.

I contacted COMO Premium Roofing after a recent hailstorm to see if the roof on my home had been damaged. They had been referred to me by a friend that had used them and was very well pleased with the company. The company representative was Joe, a polite, quiet young man that was very informative and really seamed to know what he was doing. He went on my roof to inspect and came down with the news that we definataly had hail damage and the pictures he showed us confirmed that. We then contacted our insurance company and filed a claim (1st one in 20+ years). Joe helped us basically through the entire process. It was much easier than he had even told us. The workers came in about two weeks and it didn't take them long to remove the old roof and put on our new one. The guys were polite and tried there best to protect the house and our landscaping. Although everything went well, we did have an issue with one of my wife's rose bushes being crushed as well as a section of gutter being loosened from the fascia. The gutter issue was repaired by the workers before they left and the foreman said he would talk to the owner of the company regarding the rose bush. I later spoke to the owner and he told me that he would be glad to pay for the bush, but after inspecting it I thought I could save it. When we received an invoice several days later for the job, one hundred dollars had been deducted from the total for the rose bush even though I told him I thought it could be saved. Joe then came by to pick up a check and I had him stop by and look at a rental property I own on the opposite side of town. The roof was old and had lost shingles but I thought maybe this would be covered too. He informed me that although it didn't show signs of hail, it was in relatively bad condition and would need replacement soon. He then gave me a bid on the rental roof and it was very reasonable so I had it replaced too. I am very satisfied with the job they did for me.

I couldn't believe how quickly they all worked ... our new roof was on that very day! Sales person was Steve. He explained everything in a professional manner and was very accurate.

The foreman in charge, Joe Eagle, was an excellent person to deal with. He is smart, on top of things, and does exactly what he promises. The men came to do my roof on a morning when it started to rain. That was on a weekday so they returned on SUNDAY and completed the job in a half day. I am 100% satisfied with their work and the way I was treated.

Due to the extensive snow and ice storms we had in Mid-Missouri this year, the gutters were completly destroyed on our house. We called CoMo Premiun Roofing/Guttering and they responded within 24 hours. They surveyed all our damage including the roof to be sure we had no additional damage or leakage there. On a day when the weather prohibited outside work, the owner contacted us personally to let us know the change in scheduling. The old guttering was completely removed and replaced. The installers were clean, polite and professional. They cleaned up everything and it all matches perfectly. The job was finished entirely to our satisfaction in a timely manner. There were some difficulties dealing with our insurance company and even these were handled by the staff of CoMo Roofing. All in all it was a very good experience and we are happy with the work, scheduling and product. We will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing their expertise.

Company representative was very helpful initially, made a bunch of promises, didn't come through with all of them, worked with my insurance, but did not keep me in the loop, company was not able to provide me with an estimate, would talk about it but did not provide any actual written list of the estimate. I asked four different staff for a written estimate and didn't get one before the job. Poor communication between the person who did the initial evaluation of my hail damage and the folks doing the actual work. The workers actually did not speak English, the foreman did, but it was difficult to understand him, he was nice. The job supervisor was very enthusiastic, kept telling me he just wanted me to be happy. I just preferred to have the job done right. The replacement shingles were not the color I had requested (again, poor communication) but the color was acceptable. There was a bundle of a different color that was used right in the middle of the roof that had to be replaced. Apparently the roofer did not notice until it was pointed out to him. I have a very steep roof and the workers on the steep side did not use any safety measures (like ties to keep them from falling). When I pointed that out to the foreman, he showed me that there was a rope over the top of the roofline which was about 15 feet away from the roofer. When the roof was done I noticed I could see the flashing from the top of the roof, not just the side. I started looking closer and found that the edge of the roofline was cut irregularly and had to call my contact person who had to come look at it after I sent him pics. The roof was fixed at least visually. I asked him to call me to let me know the work had been completed and he did not do so, in fact, he has not responded to me, 4 calls unanswered/not returned so far. At this point I have not paid them and am not planning on doing so until my contact person calls me back. Gutters were also replaced, but that portion was subcontracted and went smoothly.
