Gutter Brothers

Never heard from Gutter Brothers. A representative from Leaf Filter in Maryland Heights, MO. showed up and explained their system and gave a demonstration of their product on Saturday. We were quoted a price that included gutter cleaning and repair and installation of the gutters covers. We received a warranty that would convey with the house when we decide to sell and a 50 year guarantee. The workers showed up on Monday morning and got everything taken care of.

Not at all satisfied with the service rendered. The gentleman I spoke to on phone seemed very responsible, but the guy that came out appeared to be a different person. Gentleman came with a blower. Now, I had a gutter monster on my gutters. He was done in a little least than fifteen minutes. Told me that my gutters really weren't dirty. I asked about the downspouts and was told anything that was in there came out. "this is a powerful blower". Left debris in my yard. Very disappointed with service. Angies list was running a special and I paid through them.

Because of the cold temperatures, the gutters were frozen and we had to wait a few weeks to get them cleaned. Gutter Brothers kept in contact with us and FINALLY when the temperatures dropped, they were here and completed the job.

I wasn't very pleased with them at all. I paid that money and it was a little less than 10 minutes. He told me he had a high power blower. I'm looking down at my downspouts and I'm seeing webs and leaves on the downspouts part. He was like, "Oh your gutters are clean." The little debris he took off, he just threw it in the yard and left, I was picking it up myself. At the end, he told me I needed new gutters. He said the people that put these up here didn't know what they were doing. The gutter master that I have, is the thing that stops leaves from coming in. He said, "Oh yeah, they went out bankrupt." I didn't know they went bankrupt, I just knew they weren't in business no more. He said, "Oh yeah, you need to have this replaced." He was telling me about the product they have. He didn't have any cards to give me, he didn't have any fliers on it, no literature, he just wrote down a phone number and I'm like, "That sure doesn't sound right to me." The price was right in the same ballpark from what the others were. It was average. But, to me, they really didn't do a damn thing. I wasn't pleased with what he did. He could have cleaned up after himself. I just wasn't pleased with the work, I really wasn't, not at all.

Team of 3 guys got here as scheduled and were done in 45 minutes. Seemed like they did a good job.

First, I get nervous about paying ahead of time for something, but I guess on a credit card there is always protection. It took a few tries to work out a schedule. I am guessing they do certain areas each day, but Dan was pleasant enough and we finally agreed on a date. He did call ahead that he was on his way, and they worked so very fast. I guess my only concern was that I initially asked on the phone if the garage was included and was told yes, but when he got here, I was told otherwise. He said the gutters were bad in some areas, especially on the garage, so it would be another 50.00, which I paid so it could all be completed. I have to admit, they had a large crew and were in and out in about an hour.

He was very nice and genuinely felt bad that I had to go through the process of getting a refund through Angies list for the coupon offer. On HOLD with Angies for over ten minutes so far...

The business owner contacted me immediately and promised to do the work as soon as possible. The business owner was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He went above and beyond to explain the situation, take measures to remedy it, and ultimately provided the best possible service. I'm very happy with the result and would happily refer this business to others.

Daniel and his crew were very professional, kind and courteous. Even notified us of missing shingles on the roof and plan to come back and take care of this for us too! I would not hesitate to recommend Gutter Brothers and use them again in the future.

The gutters look great! The company got me in within a week of calling. They called before they came and the job was done quickly. My only complaint is that there was a lot of gutter debris stuck on parts of the house after they were finished and I had to spray it all off. But $100 for all the gutters on our 2 story house--we certainly got our money's worth.

They did very well. I had taken vacation for the day (8 hours) with the stipulation of being able to go in to work if they finished early enough. The day turned out to be WAY colder and windy than had been forecast, so they said they would have to go back and forth to their truck for warmth. Was completely fine with that. I was actually worried about them because of the frigid conditions. They finished in time for me to go back to work and save 3 hours vacation, but it was so cold I stayed home! The men I talked with to set it all up and the man and his crew who did the work were very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with them and their work.
